Yes ma’am that looks so good! We use brown sugar it’s so good. And only use cafe la llave 🔑 love to see someone show the traditional way of making coffee and carrying that tradition!! Saw someone stick brown sugar into an espresso machine recently to make the espuma and I was in shock 😂
Nice video! I always turn off my flame as the coffee starts coming out in the Moka pot because it’s hot enough to keep brewing and it prevents splatter.
“Making Cuban coffee takes practice.” ❤ True words! My first attempt didn’t create the crema in the desired way (I started it a bit too wet). But it was delicious, nonetheless. I’ll continue practicing technique. Thank you for the video!
Wow! It looks delicious and probably smells wonderful. Unfortunately I cannot drink coffee and caffeine drinks. But love to see others enjoy and the smell is satisfying. Thanks a million, Lelita. You’re amazing. Have a beautiful and blessed weekend with your family. 😊

Thank you for the great tip on making the Crema. I first had Cuban Coffee once in Miami way back in 1987 or 88 when it was served during a Break in one of my Medical Conferences and loved it! Now I just need to get a Moka Pot! I already have a Breville Espresso Machine! Thank you!

Hi Brian, I’ve never heard of the term Buchi. That word looks like a short version of the word buchito which means sip in Spanish. The video above is a traditional Cuban shot or Cafecito as we normally call it.

I don't like using my wrist it's such a work out. So i cheat using a milk throth machine. I have to add more coffee or it would jam the machine. Still turns into that caramel color and get that crema.

This video took me back to my childhood. My parents made sure each child learned at a young age. I’m now teaching the new generation. ❤️
How wonderful ☺️
Oh how I enjoyed this video!
Thank you for this straight forward video! I have been practicing! Do you have a source for the small, silver pitcher you are using to make the foam?
Yes there is a link that you can click on under the description. There also is a “bag” icon that you can click when you watch the video.
To wake up to the smell of Cafe .is so refreshing

GREAT VIDEO!
Currently trying to learn and how to master the espuma. I'll get the sugar to coffee ration soon enough.
Start with a few drops of coffee and gradually add it.
Well after watching your video, it become much easier to master. It was not so intimidating. Thank you.
I’m so happy that you are finding it easier. Have a blessed new year. 😊
I appreciate your videos

Can you show us how to make a proper Cuban Buchi?
Hi Brian,
I’ve never heard of the term Buchi. That word looks like a short version of the word buchito which means sip in Spanish. The video above is a traditional Cuban shot or Cafecito as we normally call it.
I've been working to learn how to make Cuban coffee. What grind do you use?
I use Cafe La llave
Mam it is very nice🥰🥰😀
Thank you 😊
@@Lelitascubankitchen Go ahead 😊🖤🥰
I should of did this lmao! Next time! I need to get my texture right
Thanks for watching 😊
How about if I use a moka pot (cafetera) a little bigger (6 cups)? Si la cafetera es más grande (6 tazas)?
Depende en su gusto. I use about 3-4 tsp
Sugar.
Gracias. Salió sabroso pero sin la espuma. Creo qué tengo que reducir el café a la azúcar..seguiré practicando 😊

What time of sugar did you use ?
Domino sugar

I’m just worried about the aluminum pot and it corroding/ not being safe to drink from
When in doubt throw it out. 😉
You sound like one of my great-aunts that Spain Spanish

I definitely am not ready for marriage because I could never make it. LOL

😂😂😂😂😂
2 ways to fix the sugar? I’m only seeing 1 way you did it. 🤔
1. If it’s too dry add more drops of coffee
2. If it’s too wet add more sugar
