Great video. I love that you stress that shampoo frequency should be based on hair type. I wash my hair daily because it gets gross if I don't, and all my friends freak out when it comes up in conversation. "Oh my god!! That's so bad for your hair!!" Not true! I've been washing my hair daily since childhood and my hair is long and healthy!
Honestly I want to thank you for the work you’ve been doing I’ve struggled a lot with neglect in my early years and never learned how to take care of my skin and I’ve learned so much from you
Same here, I was adopted by my single grandfather who thought it was “perverted” to bathe me as a child. I didn’t even know how to properly wash my body until almost middle school and then after graduating high school I had a rebirth when I realized hygiene is so much more than washing your body and hair. I’ve been pretty much exclusively watching dr. Dray since finding her channel a few years back
Very informative. I was always told by hair stylists not to shampoo everyday. They always claimed the more you shampoo the more oilier your scalp would get. Glad to hear that isnt the case!
It was the case for me, when I washed everyday it would be kind of oily by the end of the day and I had to wash it again the next day. When I started washing every other day - on the day I didn't wash I would do a ponytail or something like that - I noticed my hair getting less oily. Now I can wash every other day and it doesn't feel greasy on the second day and the ends are much healthier. The only time I wash two days in a row is if I workout two days in a row, but usually I workout 3 times a week and wash my hair on those days.
Cláudia Gusmão I think, like Dr Dray said, it depends on the person. When I stopped shampooing everyday, I saw a marginal difference n my hair, but since I washing only half the time, dandruff and itchy scalp became a huge issue. Most of the difference I saw, I think, was just from me learning to wash my hair properly. Back to daily shampooing, and I’m happy
Steph Anie I don’t know if that’s actually you in that picture but if it is by the look of your hair , you can get away with washing your hair daily for the mere fact that straight hair have the tendency to get greasy quickly. Compare to Afro texture hair and curly hair we can’t because our hair doesn’t get dirty easily and our hair can be quite dry in nature, so it doesn’t do us well washing it daily. Still I envy girl with straight hair because it’s very Low maintenance compare to mines it take days to wash and style lol
@@claudiadgusmao In Romania (and, as I understand, in many other countries from Eastern Europe) Saturday is traditionally the day when you wash your hair. This is usually because for a very long period of time access to hot water was restricted by different factors. Plus, Saturday evening is practically weekend and the next day is Sunday and you go to church. So, like it or not, you are washing your hair once per week. Strangely enough, people seemed to do just fine in most cases. I have NEVER ever in my life washed my hair every day! For me is like Sci-Fi. Literally. I am like: from what planet are you, guys? In the rare situations when I did washed my hair two days in a row, it was because I was doing some hair treatment. But the feeling was almost overbearing. I can almost feel my pores being tortured and open for an entire day after that. Not a pleasant sensation at all. In most cases walking out with your head freshly washed is calling for troubles. And in a country with 4 seasons in which one - winter - is hellish and two others are very moody, playing with your health is not a good idea.
I never comment on videos but I had to thank you Dr. Dray not only for your accurate information but also for putting the references on the description box. I really appreciate all the work and research you do before uploading a video. This is what makes you stand out from all the others dermatologists in youtube. Thank you for educating us!! Keep up the good work Dr. Dray xx
I am so happy to have found you today! I am 56, was diagnosed with seborrheic dermatitis/folliculitis (sensitive, oily, very coarse, wavy, salt and pepper hair) on my scalp over 30+ years ago, and have tried everything. I visited the dermatologist in November and she told me I don't have seborrheic dermatitis anymore but I still have folliculitis and a very sensitive on the oily prone to scabs scalp. She advised me not to use any irritating products. I prefer clean natural products. I have found that a clean clarifying shampoo works best for me, leaves my scalp clean and clear, and keeps my hair cleaner. It allows me to to only shampoo only 2x a week.
Thank you Dr. Dray! Growing up, we couldn't ever afford to visit dermatologists. I love to learn and practice good habits/use good ingredients that hopefully prevent NEEDING to see a dermatologist for a serious issue. Thank you for teaching us
Thanks doctor for this useful information. Please do a video on scalp care for people who have to do frequent root touch ups and best/safest haircolours to dye grey hair.
OMG! This is perfect timing. So good to know about not washing the strands, I have just started using a dandruff shampoo and not doing it correctly - THANK YOU!
So nice to see you wearing your hair down! Looks lovely. I had a brutal battle with dandruff and itchy scalp. Tried everything and nothing worked. What finally worked was moving to washing my hair every 3 to 4 days, washing the scalp but not putting conditioner directly on the scalp. I colour my hair as well so its been good, less trips to get touch ups.
My scalp/hair has improved with Free & Clear shampoo/conditioner. I'm still shocked at how soft it made my hair and my scalp feels super calm. I switched most of my stuff to this line (Vanicream/Free & Clear), face SPF, even deodorant and I am less itchy irritated, I forget I have it on. Except I do like the Neutrogena ultra gentle hydrating face cleanser a smidge better than the Vanicream, I can't put my finger on why. Thanks again, you are really improving quality of life for many people! Realized CVS prices are so inflated, next I need to check out this ebates/ibotta scenario you have recommended..
Hi your Channel has helped my skin so much so now I’m trying to get into haircare too I would really appreciate if you explained what’s needed in a good simple haircare routine based on different hair types and your product recommendations. Thx so much again
I love how you clear up all these myths. I used to wash my hair only once a week following the curly girl method, and also because as a child my parents only washed my hair once a week because they needed to save on water and heating the water and all that stuff, and I had long, strong waist length hair so it seemed to be working pretty well. But as a child I also had horrible dandruff that nothing worked to make it go away. Following the curly girl method and washing my hair once a week I also had lots of dandruff. After watching your videos I now wash my hair twice a week and it has made A WORLD of difference! My scalp starts itching and I get dandruff 3 days after washing my hair, so now when it itches I wash it and my scalp is soooooooooooooooooo happy and no dandruff!
Great video! I've battled with an itchy scalp since my son was born 18 years ago. My favorite is the Jason shampoo. That one works the best for my itchiness. I also use the Neutrogena TSal and Free & Clear dandruff. I rotate between them. I'd use the Jason every time but it tends to dry my hair out with frequent use.
Hi Dr. Dray. Off topic: can you please make a video about foot care? How to treat and avoid blisters? Is there a special socks that you can recommend? Thanks and more power.
She's got both hand and feet videos out there (Titles: Foot Care Routine; Healthy Hand & Nail Routine). They are both wonderful and have transformed my skin.
My mom has dry scalp (no flakes whatsoever), and she can go a month without washing her hair, she can't shampoo it often or it irritates, even without sulfates. She sometimes goes 2/3 months without washing (and no, no smell or sebum whatsoever - it truly puzzles me). I and my dad have normal/oily hair and both have SD (in bouts and flares). We weekly wash and are fine with this as it will not exacerbate the SD. If I have it once every couple years it's about normal. I use Nizoral 2%, as prescribed by my dermatologist. You can't choose your scalp but you can treat it nicely. :) I have fingertip length hair now. It is fine, and thick (lots of it). I condition it twice as I get dry lengths. Thank you for the video!
I always like watching your videos, there are alot of bogus fads going around out there people can caught up in.. Me being one of them, Im happy to hear that some of the brands I have already gravitated towards you have recommend such as Head & Shoulders, Neutragina and Aveeno
Such a useful video! I've been eyeing the TSal shampoo for a few weeks now because my scalp is feeling ever so slightly itchy with some flakes. I rarely use styling products in my hair but do have oily roots. I used the L'oreal Extraordinary Clay shampoo a few months ago and it really helped with the scalp buildup. When I read the ingredients I found that it also contains salicylic acid. I remember that the first time I used it I could see some pretty large flakes in my hair the next day. It was all the dead skin/oil buildup on my scalp sloughing off. A little disgusting I know but also satisfying. And I'm someone who washes her hair almost every other day. Thanks so much for this video. I'm now going to make sure I use a salicylic acid shampoo every few weeks to keep my scalp free of buildup.
i used to have bumps on the back of my head toward the neck but after using aveeno pure renewal shampoo and conditioner for like a week, they all went away and never came back... now my hair's just soft lol and i love that hair care line!
Glad you covered dry shampoos. Ive been tempted to try one just for the fluffing factor. Now I won’t and try to keep it clean and simple. Ive really enjoyed your channel. You look super pretty with longer hair too. Very feminine!
I first used T Sal years ago and it really does work wonderfully. I know they have a cheaper brand but I've never tried that. Neutrogena T Sal works great.
Thank you so much for yet another informative video. I am transitioning to gray hair, ditched the dye but I haven't find a shampoo for my now coarser hair, what ingredients would you recommend should look for in a shampoo? Does gray hair requires a different approach to washing and caring? Thank you so much, greetings from UK 🇬🇧 😘
Putting this year for anyone who needs to hear it but sulfate/silicones are not the devil! I’m someone with thick wavy curly hair that was told not to use sulfates and silicones. Well! The hair loss I got was astronomical. I did every blood test under the sun and then I realize that my hair just loved sulfate and silicones. Besides, as a child or mothers/grandmothers used sulfates/silicones on our hair. And I don’t know about you guys but I had a long, thick curly hair to my ass.
My biggest problem with fragrance free shampoos is they cost more! My favorite is Paula’s Choice, it leaves my hair nice and fluffy. I like it more than Free and Clear, I think because of the sulfate. Thanks for the recommendations, the DHS sounds good.
Have you tried the Attitude Fragrance Free shampoo? It is 9.99 (not super cheap). I really like their scented shampoo, but have not tried the fragrance free one
I keep getting a waxy buildup on my hair from Dove shampoo and conditioner. I notice that if I scrath my head white gunk gets under my nails. What is another shampoo I can use?
What kind of shampoo would you recommend for extremely oily scalp people on days when we’re not using T-sal? Or should T-sal be the only shampoo product? Thank you so much for the no nonsense advice!
Great video and the lighting is amazing. Thank you for covering these topics. I have had the patch test as so far the itching is still there...still looking at all the labels of products I am using. I hope it will clear out soon.
I had itching and flakes on my scalp. I tried the Head and Shoulders type dandruff shampoos, which did not help. I finally tried a natural sulfate-free shampoo and the problem cleared up. I believe I may have been allergic to the SLS.
Hi! I’ve watched so many of your videos and feel like I’m a student again! The way you present information is concise and easy to follow. I have a question - Are shampoo bars as good as packaged shampoos? I’d like to try them (less packaging) but want to be sure they’re ok. Thank you!
I’m so glad you made this. I was thinking about you earlier. I accidentally picked up an ‘special’ version of my conditioner claiming its full of AHA to help your STRANDS. Not the scalp where I could let it slide as scalp exfoliant. THE STRANDS, DOC. I literally thought ‘dr dray would have a field day with this’ 😂
I love T-Sal!!! I purchased it for my son because he was having dandruff and I have psoriasis. Works great used once a week. Thanks for the information Dr. Dray!
Loved the coverage of today’s fads. What about scalp scrubs or clarifying shampoos to physically decrease dandruff buildup while on a dandruff shampoo? The scrubs from the brands Not Your Mother’s as well as Brigeo have gotten positive reviews, & the first seems to help while I’m on ketoconazole shampoo. I’ve heard of salt being a clarifying ingredient for the scalp as well- whether adding a spoon of it to shampoo, or in the Body Shop’s scalp scrub. What do you think of scalp scrubs & salt for the scalp? Thanks so much!
You read my mind. I was just going to ask if you'd do a video about scalp health. I'm wondering what active ingredients might be ok and available to use on the scalp. I tend to get acne (?) Or bumps on my scalp. Your channel has been so fan-freaking-tastic for me!!
I tried "no poo" for a while and it was AWFUL for me. I went back to my shampoo routine. BUT I don't use shampoo with my toddler. They are all too drying. Water, plain and simple, works really well for him and I'm so glad I followed my instincts and threw out the baby shampoos. My older child however started baby shampoo at about age 7 when water alone no longer worked. So, I think the scalp and hair require different treatment as you age.
Thank you for sharing good information! Please can you please make a video on LPP treatment options besides taking by mouth medication. Also shampoo and conditioner recommended? Thank you!!!
Hey Dr. Dray, great video as usual! Curly girl movement (CGM) makes a lot of claims and at times it gets overwhelming to check which ones are legit. Some of these are- not using shampoos with Sulphates because they are more irritating to dry scalp, Jamaican Black castor oil and some other type of oils can help in hair growth.. are these "rules" evidence- based? Also, can we apply conditioner on the roots?
Amazing video! Very informative. I have oily hair and have to wash it every day. I will try the Neutrogena T/Sal shampoo, thanks for the recommendation! I tried dry shampoo before but my husband said my hair smelt yuck and i was noticing dandruff which I've never had before. People always say not to shampoo your hair everyday but now I feel better after watching this video. Thanks Dr Dray!
I know this video is quite old but hopefully you will reply. Should people with oily scalp use conditioner? If so, all over or just on the ends? Thanks so much for your videos!!
Finally! expert advice!! question, i was planning on buying the neutrogena t/gel oily scalp antidandruff since I have extremely oily scalp and dry ends instead of the one you recommended (both from neutrogena) is that ok? or should I buy the one you recommended? Thank you so much for your expert advice!
So we've talked about shampooing the scalp, but what about moisturizerizing the scalp? Does it even require it? Is it safe to put conditioner or oils on it?
I used to have lots of dandruff and following your advice I started washing my hair more often (using normal shampoos). For me that was all I needed to get rid of the dandruff. But my son has seborrheic dermatitis (someone who has it told him that he had it too) and his scalp isn't oily at all, it's dry and itchy and flaky. He tried using dandruff shampoos but they dried out his scalp and made it irritated. He has found that what makes his scalp and dandruff better is MOISTURIZING his scalp. So he uses sulphate free moisturizing shampoos. His dandruff is better (and so is his hair which is now more hydrated and soft) but he still has some. He says when he uses aloe vera gel on his scalp his dandruff gets better too. I'd like him to try oiling his scalp some times but he refuses. At any rate he's lazy so he's not very consistent with doing anything with his hair or scalp lol. I'm going to watch your videos on dry, flaky scalp and seborrheic dermatitis.
Hi! Thank you so much for your advices and time, as new member I find your channel very helpful! Would you review some solid shampoos? I’m a big fan of sustainability in my beauty routine, would be so great, thanks!
I feel like I can't win when it comes to my hair. I grayed early, and I am really self-conscious about it, so I get my hair professionally colored every six weeks or so. Because of this, I don't want to shampoo my hair everyday, as even the "color safe" shampoos fade color if used daily. But I have oily hair, so I've started using dry shampoo to try and lengthen the time between hair washes. I have been going 4 days, using the dry shampoo on the 3rd and 4th day. But I guess that isn't a good idea, either *sigh*. I get a lot of compliments on my hair (it's naturally wavy), but I am really self-conscious about the fact I have gray roots and I'm not even 30.
Maybe you could try henna, it's permanent and won't fade no matter how often you wash your hair and it's good for your hair. They have them in many shades now.
I'm 24 and have lots of grey hairs due to terrible emotional stress. Also, oily scalp and dandruff. I'm wondering what hair dye and shampoo you're using ? I'm planning to try Indus Valley or Surya Brasil hair dyes and I'm still searching for sulfate & silicone free shampoo for oily scalp and dandruff.
I love watching your videos & a big THANK YOU !!!! for all the work you do !!!! I can't find any video on face oils ,do you have one posted ? Or can you recommend any ?
This comment is a bit late as you posted this a week ago, but, just in case you see this, could you address ways to deal with scalp psoriasis in a future haircare video? Should I follow tips for dandruff or for dry scalp? Lovely video as always 💕
Question: What shower filter do you recommend to remove harmful contaminants? My skin is so sensitive that I cannot shower without having a filter unless I prefer itching all night. Thank you for your helpful videos. I am learning so much.
Hi Dr. Dray, I was recently having a discussion with a few friends regarding keratin in hair care products. Some of my friends say they love keratin, whereas I've discovered that products with keratin make my hair very frizzy, dry, and unmanageable. Would you be willing to address this in a future video? Is keratin necessary? Or is it just a marketing gimmick? Thanks.
For me, Keratin works well (I use only Keratin Based Mask once a month), it makes my straight hair even straighter and less frizz , if you have waves or curls,it may straighten your hair so use something else instead, use what works for you 😀
I would love to hear your thoughts and recommendations on how to layer skin care products. There seem to be so many "rules" but I'd love to hear your take. Especially when it comes to layering active ingredients at nighttime. xxx
@@DrDrayzday true. But I am wanting to start using differin and also occasionally use benzoyl peroxide for my acne prone skin. Wanting to know if it's still as effective to use these things after moisturising using your wet skin method etc...
I'm loving your videos Dr. Dray! Can't believe I have only found your channel now. And yes, I'm ditching dry shampoo. But my hair gets super oily so fast... a few hours after I wash it... specially my bangs. Do you recommend other alternatives to reduce oil from hair? Thank you ☺️
It doesn't help with the caking problem but if you want to avoid the alcohol and the fragrance, you can put plain corn or rice starch on your hair, then brush it out. I only wash my hair once or twice a week, so I do this with my bangs.
PS. I've only just realised that the thumbnail is NOT a picture of a weird brown octopus on a cream background. 🐙

Glad you covered dry shampoos. Ive been tempted to try one just for the fluffing factor. Now I won’t and try to keep it clean and simple. Ive really enjoyed your channel. You look super pretty with longer hair too. Very feminine!
Thanks Ms Pattyann. Hope you are having a good week
Hey Dr. Dray! Does the skin of the scalp need to be moisturized like the skin on all the other parts of the body?
Maria Vasai would like to know. And if it approved to use oils on scalp
Yes my question as well
Me too!
@@sammylove14 a
also would like to know!
I first used T Sal years ago and it really does work wonderfully. I know they have a cheaper brand but I've never tried that. Neutrogena T Sal works great.
:)
I have oily scalp, dry frizzy hair, and dandruff 👍🏽
Somika Santra same...
Same
Bro same 💯
Same! 😪
Head and shoulders has a fragrance free shampoo for sensitive scalp. It is only 3,49€ in Italy which is the equivalent to about 4/5 bucks :)
Dr Dray No, I will have to look for it. Thanks!
Mattia Nanni Thanks, I will see if I can find it.
Try the Whole Foods 365 products that Dr. Dray recommends. They are not too expensive, mild and effective.
I was waiting for it! Thank u very much! Sculp care should be a solution for us, oily hair
:)
I apply egg mask on my scalp / hair and wash it with baby shampoo. It really makes hair glossy, long and beautiful.
:)
Awww...dr dray being sweet.
Finally!!
I've been WAITING for a video like this .
THANK YOU DR.DRAY!!!
glad to hear
Your hair Is looking amazing and shiny! Love it.
Thanks!
I keep getting a waxy buildup on my hair from Dove shampoo and conditioner. I notice that if I scrath my head white gunk gets under my nails. What is another shampoo I can use?
try a clarifying shampoo
What kind of shampoo would you recommend for extremely oily scalp people on days when we’re not using T-sal? Or should T-sal be the only shampoo product? Thank you so much for the no nonsense advice!
sal acid is the active ingredient for excess sebum, use whatever you want on the off days...it can be drying used daily, but some tolerate fine
Great video and the lighting is amazing. Thank you for covering these topics. I have had the patch test as so far the itching is still there...still looking at all the labels of products I am using. I hope it will clear out soon.
Thanks!
Wow Dr. Dray looking GORGEOUS!!
Thanks for the informative and evidence-based video as always (:
thanks
Thank you, Dr. Dray! You gave a LOT of good advice! I'm going to do what you suggested. Hope you will make more videos!
Thank you!
I have a very itchy scalp and will try some of your recommendations. You look really pretty today, by the way. Thanks for your help!
Let me know how they go Ms Eileen and Thanks!
Dr Dray, can you please do a video on relaxers for black women please!!! I know this is old but how you see this!!!!
good idea!
*Stop using relaxers!*
I’m so glad you made this. I was thinking about you earlier. I accidentally picked up an ‘special’ version of my conditioner claiming its full of AHA to help your STRANDS. Not the scalp where I could let it slide as scalp exfoliant. THE STRANDS, DOC. I literally thought ‘dr dray would have a field day with this’ 😂
AHA can help on the scalp, modestly...not really an antidandruff ingredient though
There is some evidence that glycolic acid might help strengthen hair
Nice camera setup! Will this be the standard for all future sit down videos?
I love T-Sal!!! I purchased it for my son because he was having dandruff and I have psoriasis. Works great used once a week. Thanks for the information Dr. Dray!
:)
So interesting, always learn a lot with these informational videos. Love your channel.
Thanks :)
Something looks different in this video. Is it the lighting? The camera? Not sure.
Loved the video!! Your hair looks very healthy for sure!! Thank you as always for a WONDERFUL VIDEO! please enjoy the rest of your DAY!!
Thanks Ms Jackie :)
You are very beautiful, Andrea. Long hair really suits you, making you look very young, fragile and charming. Your skin is glowing. Just beautiful!
Thanks!
Dr.Dray, a very helpful video! As usual, you have shared your knowledge unselfishly. You have lovely eyes and hair! Thank you dear!🌹
Thanks!
Can you PLEASE share your skincare routine? Your skin looks AMAZING!!!
She has several videos on her skin care routine such as AM and PM products. Have to dig through her list of videos for them!
I haven't see your video for months and you look so prettier 💗
thanks
:)
Another great video! Very informative and answered all of my questions. I really enjoy these types of talks. Thank you! ♥
Thanks!
Thank you for sharing good information! Please can you please make a video on LPP treatment options besides taking by mouth medication. Also shampoo and conditioner recommended? Thank you!!!
Thanks, this video is very helpful! Your hair and skin look really healthy.
thanks!
Happy Vlogtober Day 9 🎃🎃🎃
Dr D you are so naturally pretty.
Thanks!
I know this video is quite old but hopefully you will reply. Should people with oily scalp use conditioner? If so, all over or just on the ends? Thanks so much for your videos!!
I like that your stuff is evidence based.
you are a literal lifesaver 🥺💗
Finally! expert advice!! question, i was planning on buying the neutrogena t/gel oily scalp antidandruff since I have extremely oily scalp and dry ends instead of the one you recommended (both from neutrogena) is that ok? or should I buy the one you recommended? Thank you so much for your expert advice!
Hi which did you buy ?
Is cowashing a good idea? What ingredients should we look for?
Happy vlogtober Dr Dray..your looking stunning today...see you tomorrow x
Thanks Ms Paula :) HOpe you are having a great week
Can you make a review on the ingredients of 'Briogeo' haircare?
So we've talked about shampooing the scalp, but what about moisturizerizing the scalp? Does it even require it? Is it safe to put conditioner or oils on it?
I heard that you're supposed to apply a "scalp mask" once a week. Is this a good idea and if so, do you have any product recommendations?
Happy wednesday dr Dray! ☕️Great explanation on the topic as usual + you look great! Loving the hair ✨✨ also video quality looks amazing, new camera??
Thanks!
Which aloe vera gel ?
Another awesome video. Keep the info coming. You are helping more then you know.
thanks
Hi! Thank you so much for your advices and time, as new member I find your channel very helpful! Would you review some solid shampoos? I’m a big fan of sustainability in my beauty routine, would be so great, thanks!
So happy you did this video, so helpful for me because I suffer from a dry scalp. thank you
Thanks for watching
@@saraha5522 henna only gives reddish orange color. Other products that claims different colors are chemicals.
@@ironlake8944 I get my hair professionally dyed at a salon (no box dyes for me). As for shampoo, I am currently using Living Proof.
I love watching your videos & a big THANK YOU !!!! for all the work you do !!!! I can't find any video on face oils ,do you have one posted ? Or can you recommend any ?
yes i do, and no i dont
The video quality of this video is amazing! I like the new setup :) Great information as always!
Thanks!
This comment is a bit late as you posted this a week ago, but, just in case you see this, could you address ways to deal with scalp psoriasis in a future haircare video? Should I follow tips for dandruff or for dry scalp? Lovely video as always 💕
:)
Question: What shower filter do you recommend to remove harmful contaminants? My skin is so sensitive that I cannot shower without having a filter unless I prefer itching all night.
Thank you for your helpful videos. I am learning so much.
you are glowing today. have a great week 🍒🥪☕.
Thanks!
Happy Vlogtober Day 9 🎃🎃🎃
Thanks.
Jami Clayton omg I just bought shampoo and conditioner with keratin in it and ever since that my hair has been so unmanageable 😩I regret buying it!!
Especially when it comes to layering active ingredients at nighttime. xxx
minimizing the number of stuff you are using eliminates the need to care about the order
@@DrDrayzday true. But I am wanting to start using differin and also occasionally use benzoyl peroxide for my acne prone skin. Wanting to know if it's still as effective to use these things after moisturising using your wet skin method etc...
@@DrDrayzday I have already greatly decreased the number of products I use due to your recommendations and have seen a vast improvement already. ☺️
