The first two entries into this series are defined by their mixture of high intensity cutscenes and story-beats offset with serene collecting of survivors and exploration. Music like this elevates that loop so excellently and its one of my favorite aspects of the first two games.
I remember the very first time my mom took me to a shopping mall when i was like 4. Seeing all the stores and vendors selling hundreds of colorful looking toys and items in a modern looking, spacious, & impressively clean outlet with gentle lounge music playing, coupled with having to make a choice of what i toy i wanted the most because we could only afford 1 was overall such a pleasant experience, and this music straight up nails that feeling. Who knew that experiencing an American shopping mall through the lens of some fascinated japanese dude while adding zombies into the mix would be so damn fun. DR2 holds a really special place in my heart.
That sounds like a nice memory, which probably comes up again and again when you are in a shopping center. Keep this beautiful memory in your heart forever! The Dead Rising franchise is so great!

I just watched Dawn of the Dead and searched up Muzak mall music, that was nice but I wanted somethin more fun, then I remembered Dead Rising 2's mall OST. It was worth, found myself walking around the mall with these tunes fueling me along the way. This playlist made it very easy. Thanks for makin my halloween shoppin more fun! Did I order a copy of Dead Rising 2 for the Xbox 360? Yes, yes I did. This game meant so much to me back in the day and I recently remembered about it and began to miss it and then decided to get a copy of it for my 360. Honestly I can’t wait to play it again after a lot of time that’s for sure

Me and my childhood best friend used to play OTR together and we loved the mall music so much we would spend most of our time just running around the malls so we could listen to it. He moved away years ago and we havent talked in a long time, but this game’s soundtrack will always remind me of those golden days. Actually me and my current best friend have been playing through the vanilla DR2 recently and it’s been great to recreate some of those memories.
I just recently played dead rising 1,2 and off the record. It’s been years since I even thought about the series as a whole so when I seen they were on sale, I knew I had to play them again. I’m so happy I did because they are so much fun! It brought me back to a time where I was a kid and would just play these games for hours with no worries. The soundtrack surprised me because as a kid, it’s something I completely overlooked. Now I just can’t get enough of it. All the songs are just so catchy and just somehow fit so well with the overall theme of the game. These games will always be some of my favs now revisiting them. Thank you for uploading this🔥🙏

I was 15 when i played this. I remmeber being critical about frank not being back, and how completley different this game was. Graphic engine, charachters, zombie designs. But i had so much fun and memories. My biggest regret in life was MISSING out on Dead Rising Case West, Case Zero, and Off the Record. 😢😢😢😢 i missed it. But man ohhh man, DR 1 and 2 im happy to have played and experienced heavily. Even in the gaming world, we can miss out on alot. Just like the real world. It can suck but its good to know, theyre all out there still. Somewhere.

Ah Dead Rising 2 a odd point and debate for the community some like it, some hate it, some don't know what to say on it but I think it's fun whilst 1 has that spook factor and eerie feel like a Source Game this one has a unique flavor with variety spread throughout the entirety of Fortune City the Psychopaths are memorable and fun to fight with there own little cuckoo charm God I feel bad for Ted and Snowflake :( they should've let ya save Ted, overall though Chuck was a cheeky and fun Dad stereotype in the Zombie Apocalypse while Frank had fear and what not Chuck felt like a badass just trying to do the right thing ya don't get games like these nowadays so you should cherish what you may find in your attic in a dusty box... that or look at your games you can install digitally I guess.... still though there will never be a series like Dead Rising, sure there are other games like Dying Light, Left 4 Dead being my favorite, and COD Zombies but Dead Rising had that aura and feel of being surrounded and using something literally from either a Toys R Us or the best armory the military has to offer you'll never get the fun out of another game that can try to replicate it's formula.
I've got to ask. In your opinion what is the best Dead Rising? In my opinion Dead Rising 2 was the best. The Co-Op, Combo Weapons and TIR. Such a great game!
It's really hard to say which Dead Rising is the best. Each game is good in its own way. For me personally, it's Dead Rising 2. I like the style of the game, as well as the characters and just TIR and the combo weapon system :)

Ah Dead Rising 2 a odd point and debate for the community some like it, some hate it, some don't know what to say on it but I think it's fun whilst 1 has that spook factor and eerie feel like a Source Game this one has a unique flavor with variety spread throughout the entirety of Fortune City the Psychopaths are memorable and fun to fight with there own little cuckoo charm God I feel bad for Ted and Snowflake :( they should've let ya save Ted, overall though Chuck was a cheeky and fun Dad stereotype in the Zombie Apocalypse while Frank had fear and what not Chuck felt like a badass just trying to do the right thing ya don't get games like these nowadays so you should cherish what you may find in your attic in a dusty box... that or look at your games you can install digitally I guess.... still though there will never be a series like Dead Rising, sure there are other games like Dying Light, Left 4 Dead being my favorite, and COD Zombies but Dead Rising had that aura and feel of being surrounded and using something literally from either a Toys R Us or the best armory the military has to offer you'll never get the fun out of another game that can try to replicate it's formula.

I've got to ask. In your opinion what is the best Dead Rising? In my opinion Dead Rising 2 was the best. The Co-Op, Combo Weapons and TIR. Such a great game!
It's really hard to say which Dead Rising is the best. Each game is good in its own way. For me personally, it's Dead Rising 2. I like the style of the game, as well as the characters and just TIR and the combo weapon system :)
