Got mine put together and seasoned up. Big shout out to Rachel for her help and putting up with all the back and forth emails. Looking forward to many years of direct heat cooking of something outside! Peace back attcha Brad!
Hey, i got mine Tues and just started putting it together. Mine came slightly more assembled than the one shown in video. My order was #43 so prob some manufacturing changes. I put mine together but have two long brackets I don't know what to do with. Mine does not have an internal side railing like what you see at the 3:33 mark in the video.
Love that you guys use good hardware, anytime that I have to assemble something and I use a 1/4 chuck impact you always end up stripping the heads. Keep up the good work and the cooks 🤤
As an automotive technician....when you assemble something with this many screws and bolts, i'd suggest using something like High-Temp Threadlocker 272. Eventually, these bolts will come lose at some point. The Threadlocker will keep this assembly solid for a good while. Might want to see what the price increase would be if you included a small tube of this stuff in the box.
As an AN bolt manufacturer I recommend AN bolts with my specially designed galvanized steel wire. (I’m kidding by the way, the self locking non-nylon nuts or bolts comment was very much on point)
I thinknit would be nice to have a video where you go through all your rubs and talk in more detail about the flavor profiles. You could even pair a meat with each rub if you wanted some content.
When making poppers I mix some ground browned, and drained JD sausage in with the cream cheese then stuff the peppers bake, (400 degrees), until they turn lightly brown the let them cool enough to handle and wrap with bacon cook till bacon is done. Cheese to sausage ratio, pound for pound. Tastes great! Never tried grilling them, but it looks awesome. I'll be trying this grilling way very soon.
I really like the new Chud Box, but one thing that stands out that is a personal pet peeve is, the tool marks left behind from the press-brake operator. There is an easy fix for this. simply ask your rep to have the operators use polyurethane sheets over the dies when they form your parts and the die marks issue will be resolved. (I am a 16 yr vet in the sheet metal manufacturing world, so what I am telling you is easy and it works like a charm... dont let them BS you or upcharge you. A roll of 32 mil costs around 250 bucks and lasts for 3-6 months depending on how their work load ;) )
I agree. I got mine last week and was its an awesome grill I love it. but when friends and family come over for a cook out its someone someone will see that and think its a poor quality build. and be even more like- "you paid what? for that?"
Lamb rocks, trust me, rotisserie leg of lamb constantly basted with garlic olive oil using a rosemary sprig - finishing salt and then served with tortillas (on the Chud Press?), guac and salsa to take it over the edge - !!!
Some ideas. One, you need hooks for utensils on the front. Two, make an XL size. Three, design a trailer hitch mount so people can take it tail gaiting. It is football season.
I have always loved lamb and its game flavor. Rack of lamb is my favorite cut, but I also never knew if lamb chops were there on cut or cus from the rack
I have super limited space and would like to get something relatively easy to move around but also very versatile. Thinking about getting this or a Chud Box as an upgrade to my Weber.
Loving it Guys. If only I could get your items in South Africa. You need to do more lamb indeed. Definitely need to do a juicy smoked Lamb Burger mmm mmm yummy, juicy and tasty
Bradley, I was watching your video on how to cook pork steak from 4 years ago. At that time, you were working out of your garage. You had a cutting board with an engraving of your logo on it. I was wondering if you sell those. If so, how much? 😛
@Brad > So...where might I open my bottle of beer? Ah...add a laser cut bottle opener to one of the legs or maybe all the legs. That way four people can open a beer at once!
As an Ozzie I grew up eating lamb. In the 1970's those loin chops were some of the cheapest meat going. These days, the supermarkets want pint of your blood and your firstborn son for the meat you had there.
Got mine yesterday. Spent 30 minutes wondering where I misplaced the corner support brackets the instructions called for before I figured out they were preinstalled. I even saw them on there, but thought the instructions were talking about different ones that attach to them.
Also, the side rails that the handle attaches to and the grill grates go on are not in the instructions. Which were not preinstalled, but maybe were supposed to be.
There are three bolts that have nuts on them that match the three smaller holes on the side rails. Remove the nuts and use them to attach. Takes a little effort to align all three holes up.
@@maiko6862 After seeing how the side rails go on i think they were meant to be left off the grill otherwise it in impact the putting the handles on. It would of been nice to have the updated instructions in the box or at least a updated set of instructions set out. I know this is their first run so mistakes are going to happen. Just glad to finally have built and looking forward to using it this evening
Exactly. Crabs are bugs of the sea. Let's be real. You and your friends are sitting around a campfire, imbibing, telling stories, looking at the stars. Everything is absolutely perfect. Then, from just outside the campfire's glow, all around you, Alaskan King Crabs emerge from the woods and start advancing towards your party. You would mag dump on those things. I love how Bones eats it all with a smile on his face.
i soooooo wish i could afford this. I am a HUGE griller, and would love to get my hands on one. Good job on this amazing grill!
The moment I heard "lamb" I immediately hit the thumbs-up. I wasn't disappointed!
I used to run press brakes so this video pleases me seeing the sheet metal work lol. Nice grill 👍

Congrats on your new grill Brad
Srsly feels like Brad made this for my dumb ass cause I just got mine on Tuesday! Which is still boxed up........ Love it. Thanks guys!
Great looking grill, congrats Brad. You are correct about lamb chops, delicious.
Congratulations, man, that grill is SWEET!
Still find it crazy how Americans aren't more into lamb, we love it here in the UK! Grill looks awesome
We have a lot more land. Beef and pork rule here. Chicken, too. We eat a lot of chicken.
Also...our sheep aren't as good here so it tastes weird. You wouldn't eat lamb if you came here.

Looks really nice!! I don't need any more outdoor cookers (kind of have a problem), but now i really want one. Curse you Bradley Robinson!!!!
Do it! Looks great next to the chud box 😉 I have the same problem 😂
😂 I have the same problem. My shed is at its max
I love Lamb!! Chops, Roasts, Ribs. More Lamb content pleeze!🐑😋
I'd say it's about time for some char siu and bok choy.
Finally, more lamb content!! Looks amazing!

One day 😢
Lamb t-bones! They look awesome!
Got mine put together yesterday and plan on burning in tonight and then a 0:38 Weekend of grilling! Thing is rock solid.
Did you have any issue? i got mine and have two long thin bracket looking items I have no clue what to do with.
someone answered me, i got it figured out.
Brad and Bones; Holla when ur ready for your new patio for grilling:-) we’re right down the road. Longhorn Lawns
I actually want to order one but I need it autographed by you and your team.
NY is ready for Chudd.
If/when my Weber kettle gives out, I will have to get one of these.

When will you have your charcoal chimney starters back in stock?
Question, is there a grease trap for the runoff on the griddle?
Looks good but wow is it expensive…
Please, please ship this grill to Europe !
I live in Galveston. If you need someone to test the longevity with the saltwater breeze. Send me one ;)
Ever cook anything on the offset with Ash?.. The wood.
Bring on the lamb content! I butchered a goat last weekend and going to do some bbq late next month for a bonfire
10:08 "I'M A BEAUTIFUL BUTTERFLY" lol!
I definitely LOL’d
Damn bro! 1800.00, I'll stick to the 40.00 dollar 22 inch Weber I got on craigslist. I appreciate you though.
What??!!! That thing is totally worth the price of one month's groceries!

Nice video 👍🏻. Shipping to Sweden how much would that cost 🤔
Where do you order from when it go on sale?
they are lamb chops you have there, a cutlet comes from the rack ✌

I like lamb, but our local store rarely has any.
Brotha, sell the rubs, hopefully for a less stupid price, and make the grills on the side.
Looks like an amazing grill, well worth 1,800.00. I don't need anything that beefy, I'll stick with my Weber charcoal grill that was 160.00 new. 😂
Those lamb chops are big.
Saw a few videos on Surströmming. That may be something Bones doesn't eat.
Can we get them in the uk?
Sup Chuds! Make some rabbit sausage!
I want one but don’t need it and want a offset more
Its a bad Larrry 😂
@Brad > So...where might I open my bottle of beer? Ah...add a laser cut bottle opener to one of the legs or maybe all the legs. That way four people can open a beer at once!
Okay, now 'disassemble' 'n ship it to me!..
Is it possible that you can do a frito pie sausage video?
For the price side shelf should be included
No red Loctite? Don't forget the side shelf! ....rookie move
How much are they?
$1850 plus shipping
2:14 “what, no way” @whatnowayguy 😂
Some assembly required.

Looks like awesome quality but most people cant and wont spend almost $2,000 on a grill.
I guarantee they will sell every single one they make. They’ve had waiting lists of their previous cookers that cost even more, for several years now.

Basically $2000 for a grill and its 1/16th metal at best and has closet door hinges on the lid? I dunno about that one chief.
