Faizan Shahab please do not teach when you are ignorant about the Islamic Fiqh, Ijma, And Qyaas and what are the methodologies of deriving legal code from the Quran and Sunnah. Islam has many explicit legal codes and many are ambiguous so to understand this we have to go through the paradigm that Islam has given itself which is needed to be decoded and this has been derived by many Fuqha. Islamic Law has evolved but that evolution is based on the fundamentals and the given explicit paradigm and it is used as a reference to understand Islamic Law and its structure which is also changeable sometimes and these are very few. To understand Islamic law western history is not just enough it should be given through Islamic traditional history and it is an authentic reliable source of the theological methodology adopted by the Islamic school of jurisprudence that is based on the Quran and Sunnah. I would suggest you learn first before putting a dirty ignorant hand in Islamic theology and consult some reliable Islamic scholars who are experts in both theology and the modern approach of academia and must give references while speaking.
Before partition Hindu civil laws and code were prepared by selecting suitable civil codes in Christianity, Budhism, Muslims etc. as at that time there were no such acceptable authentic Hindu civil code. available even now there is no Hindu civil law available which is acceptable to all Hindu people. Until now you didn’t mention before distribution of property Quran is emphasizing on few points, that is, if the person who died is under debt then his debt will be paid from his/her money, if he has no money then will be paid by selling his/her property if anything; the burial will also be done from his/her money, then Inherance will follow the deceased Will what ever it may be. After implementation of the Will, is anything left, will be distributed according to what mentioned in the Quran. Quran is very much emphasizing for writing a Will. Even if one is in journey and is ill or bear to death then a Will must be prepared with two fellow passengers as witnesses.

Not being well versed in the Islamic law and trying to teach it with translated books has led to loads of errors by you sir in this single video. How fiqh (Jurisprudence) and Usool al fiqh (Principles of Jurisprudence) evolved cannot be explained in such a manner, especially when trying to relate to UCC. I am afraid, that this will further lead to more misunderstanding and harm than rectification. الله المستعان If you can’t help discussing fiqh and related stuffs, I can only suggest that you should refer to the books which have closest or exactly same interpretations as the pious predecessors. Otherwise academically, you will be doing more harm than good.

Faizan Shahab please do not teach when you are ignorant about the Islamic Fiqh, Ijma, And Qyaas and what are the methodologies of deriving legal code from the Quran and Sunnah. Islam has many explicit legal codes and many are ambiguous so to understand this we have to go through the paradigm that Islam has given itself which is needed to be decoded and this has been derived by many Fuqha. Islamic Law has evolved but that evolution is based on the fundamentals and the given explicit paradigm and it is used as a reference to understand Islamic Law and its structure which is also changeable sometimes and these are very few. To understand Islamic law western history is not just enough it should be given through Islamic traditional history and it is an authentic reliable source of the theological methodology adopted by the Islamic school of jurisprudence that is based on the Quran and Sunnah. I would suggest you learn first before putting a dirty ignorant hand in Islamic theology and consult some reliable Islamic scholars who are experts in both theology and the modern approach of academia and must give references while speaking.
Before partition Hindu civil laws and code were prepared by selecting suitable civil codes in Christianity, Budhism, Muslims etc. as at that time there were no such acceptable authentic Hindu civil code. available even now there is no Hindu civil law available which is acceptable to all Hindu people.

Not being well versed in the Islamic law and trying to teach it with translated books has led to loads of errors by you sir in this single video.
How fiqh (Jurisprudence) and Usool al fiqh (Principles of Jurisprudence) evolved cannot be explained in such a manner, especially when trying to relate to UCC.
I am afraid, that this will further lead to more misunderstanding and harm than rectification.

If you can’t help discussing fiqh and related stuffs, I can only suggest that you should refer to the books which have closest or exactly same interpretations as the pious predecessors. Otherwise academically, you will be doing more harm than good.
