We thank Dr. Faizan Mustafa as usual for his dedication to explain the matter of law to us with commitment and devotion.
Justice Gupta expressed his opinion on the practice of Hijab with sincere reasoning.
But we believe he failed to realize a simple matter.
Wearing Hijab is not harming or hurting anybody.
It is not even disrupting the uniformity in the education places.
But banning hijab is surely damaging one's freedom of personal choice.
Banning hijab is shattering one's dream of education.
We strongly believe that justice Dhulia is a smart judge.
His verdict protect the integrity of our constitution.
His judgement promotes the right of education of the girls.
In other words the judgement of justice Dhulia is helping our girls to acquire knowledge which is very important for the nation.
Our girls are a vulnerable group of people in the country.
The judicial system should not and must not increase their vulnerability.
The question to be asked is
1. Does an institution have the right to form their own rules?
2. Do the students have their right to impose their will over the rights of the the institution?
If anyone contributes to the second point, he she believes in the idea, that anyone can impose himself/herself on others, so long as his/her collective is larger than the collective of the opponent.
Each School has it's own uniform and the Government does not prescribe a uniform across schools then what is the need for the Government to ban only one type of clothing across all schools? Does it not reveal a bias? Why not ban the chunni / dupatta also since it is also not essential?

The judgment given by Justice Gupta is absolute valid & in the nterest of prevailing discipline & integration of the country.
Whereas justice Dhulia failed to identify the limits of choise & reasonable accommodation, which is dangerous. Very apparently justice Dhulia gave the judgment with individualistic & myopic view, whereas Justice Justice Gupta expressed his nationalistic view. Unfortunately once again Faisan sir failed embrace objectivity & could not negate his personal beliefs & prejudices.

as per law....' reasonable accomodation' with reference to 'diversity' n essential of individual right n dignity,as defined by law appears to be reasonable,rational. Hijab se kisko kya dikkat honi chahiye. Tolerance is very generous n genuine quality of Indian culture.
