I made this cake for my granddaughter's 15th birthday. She wanted a coffee cake. It didn't look as perfect as yours, but it was delicious. The cake is light and the flavour was just right - not too sweet. I enjoyed your video. Very well presented and easy to follow. I am looking forward to trying more of your recipes.

I bought one not long after making a few of her cakes. It's from the Wilsons brand. Now either I'm using it wrong or it just isn't sharp enough. Now I just use a serrated knife. It works and I get much cleaner slices vs using that useless tool....

I understand what you mean. For beginner, I suggest that you bake for another 3min. If it's calling for 60min baking time, give it 63 min baking time, so that your cake will not shrink so much. Once out of the oven, remove from the pan immediately to avoid condensation

It was only flavored vanilla but you could definitely taste the cream cheese flavor as well. Love the *no waste* part, lol.
