I'm an artist which decided to start printing my own work, cutting out the middleman. I've been trying to decide what printer I want for the last couple of months. I tried going through the main office and one of the franchises for Canon, which I'm utterly disappointed with. I was actually shocked by how unorganised they are & the fact that if you're not buying a $35,000 unit then you're treated like nobody. You have no idea how frustrating it's been! Here is the bright side of my whole problem John & Jack out of your Athens Office..... They've been very helpful especially Jack... Thank you Duplicating Systems

In your video "Learn about Wide-Format Printer Paper", you linked the "Large Format Specialty Print Media" paper chart.
According to this chart, the TM-Series can not print on the Fine Art Artistic Matte Canvas, 340 gsm, 21 mil. However, according to the Canon printer manual, the TM-Series can print up to 31 mil.
Why can it not be used to print on the Artistic Matte Canvas?

What the difference between the tm300/305/310 is there any

First, not sure what the TM310 is, maybe not sold here. Main differences between the 300 & 305 is the 305 has a HDD and Flat Stackable Basket. The HDD is nice for obvious processing power and stackable basket is very nice if you run multipage output often. Stacker does make a difference.

Can the ta only print using cannon software?

You should use the Canon print drivers (MAC / PC). But you do not have to use the Canon Poster Artist or others specialized software. You can print out of any application which uses the OS print subsystem (mainly any app).
