176 nanoseconds? Seems a bit slow (no joke). I've seen about 72 nanoseconds returns in Elixir. I'm curious why it's relatively slow in comparison. 🤔

Great question! Note that this was the very first request to the application from a cold start so the runtime isn't properly warmed up. Subsequent requests are ~50μs, see: imgur.com/a/gyd68LX
