Has anyone noticed how narrow the lanes are between the kerbs on the Bontnewydd and Cibyn roundabouts? Looks can be deceiving but the width of both lanes doesn't look very wide.

I'm not sure I understand what you mean. They look at least as wide as the current roads. I drive east from Cibyn each day after work, and it does look there as though they're going to be sliproads from the current road, so they may only be single-lane, even.

If they carry on building bypasses in North Wales ,they will have bypasses to bypass other bypasses .The interesting parts of the journey through Wales was enjoying travelling through the villages ,towns & City ‘s as well as the mountains & valleys .Now we travel along boring soulless bypass to the next similar laid out boring roundabout & down the next stretch of boring soulless roads .They should quit now as they built far too many already .

Wales isn't a theme park, the people that live here need sensible transport links.
These bypass projects don't remove all the other roads, so in reality, those little twisty roads you like so much will be emptier, and will be even nicer to drive (or cycle) along.
