    It was one of those days when I just didn't feel like doing anything. So I just mixed everything that goes into a chicken curry and put in the oven, but when it came out from the oven I couldn't believe my very own eyes. It tasted extremely delicious and now my family asks me to make chicken curry in this way. You will be amazed how you can make the most delicious chicken curry in the oven. No browning of onions required, no stirring required but all the magic will happen in that oven. Just mix some basic spices, marinate and put it in the oven and you have this most delicious chicken curry ever, ready to be served.

    I honestly couldn't believe that I hadn't made this recipe before. I had to check through the comments to make sure 😂 So glad I have made it now. (recipe 116) It was superb 😋 We loved it. I added the potatoes. They tasted amazing soaked in all that delicious gravy. The chicken was just divine. I couldn't resist and had to serve it with your wonderful Peas Pulao, Kachumber and some naan bread. 'Fantastic' Thank you so much for another amazing meal. Hope you have been enjoying your day. Take care ❤xxx

    Hi Bumbi! Loved this one. Can you do more chicken curry recipes? I also did salmon the other day in a tikka sauce. It was amazing. I Love to be authentic with my curries and yours seem so quick and easy. My sons fiancé (only yesterday) actually asked me for curries for her engagement party. I was looking for inspiration so I’m going to cook this recipe for her. As an avid curry maker this looks amazingly easy. I am about to make it and appreciate your great presentation. One question at this stage. After you make the puree in the blender you add oil, spices then hand mix it all with the meat. Why were all the spices and oil not blended as one then mixed with the meat? It would simplify the process and I cannot figure out why they are sepately handled. (I will post results of my cooking efforts.)

    • @CurriesWithBumbi
      @CurriesWithBumbi  ปีที่แล้ว

      You can definitely add the spices while blending but add the oil later as sometimes things don’t blend well when oil is mixed. So glad you are trying out this recipe

      @@nitinsxc my recipes are tried and tested. This long cooking time followed in this recipe was required. Now the cooking time may vary from oven to oven. It took me exactly this time to reach good results. I am not here to argue with you and I am pretty confident about what I am doing. And please do not use the word “stupid” here. Be mindful in your use of words.

      @@nitinsxc I don’t consider myself any chef. I am just an ordinary humble person who takes cooking as a passion and is trying her best to reach out to people around the world who are interested in trying out Indian recipes in their kitchen.
