No because i was just about to say, im not sure when i first started watching johns channel but i know it was when his channel was very small (probably under 5k?) And now look where he is
I love when MatPat brings up old theories because I grew up with the og channel. It’s crazy to realize that there are so many people who have no idea what’s going on with that and I’m so happy the channels have grown so much.
John’s theories have really added a lot to the FNAF theorist community. He’s noticed so many details that I didn’t even think twice about and I’m so glad to see him gaining more attention.
The thing about the galleries in the Sister Location operation is that they might be demo floors. You know, so the renters can inspect the product they are renting
It makes sense that Matt see the 'local bear' line trying to tie down the show to a not traveling one, but it could still be a traveling show that brought on/ incorporated the Bear act from the region the ticket's from, and adding the line is a marketing push to attract the locals to the show.
i could see it starting as a local show that the circus bought and helped develop, but as time went on, fazbear and those animatronics grew more popular but the whole idea of a circus people just didn't care for anymore, so fazbear became the head of the franchise and circus babys became a sister location and eventually forgotten.
@Liontamer024 it could also just be a regional traveling show like through out a state that way it would still be “local” but still travel just a thought!
This or, somewhere local can still be traveling. I consider many cities around where I live local. And it takes some traveling to get around to all of them.
Personally, I think the drawings are important - we saw them in the Silver Eyes trilogy, as a method of communication for the missing kids' souls, specially directed towards children. Then the drawings were a way for the missing children to free themselves and go "towards the light". The clown drawing was clearly drawn by a kid, but it's a scary clown. It might be a reference to a possible carnival location itself. Sister location was clown themed, but I wouldn't say carnival describes it best.
The stages in the sister location bunker are perhaps for training/testing purposes? The animatronics are meant, primarily, for stage performances. So a ‘rehearsal space’ with stages would help to make sure they were ready before being rented out.
If it isn't that it could be by category/theme we have the funtime, the circus/carnival animatronics and balora representing the theoretical theature animatronics with sun and moon Edit it could also be both it could be these animatronics are based or are the older things revamped and updated to fit the collective group and their could be more animatronics if their respective areas and groupings that are either elsewhere in or out of building also music man could be from theture era
It could also be for the animatronics, since they're sentient but easily confused (like by the voice line lures). Maybe putting them on a stage makes them think they're in a pizzaria.
I personally always thought the gallery’s in sister location were more like showrooms meant to display the animatronics in what would be their working environment to warm them up to potential clients rather than them being used party rooms
Something I just considered. If we are going with the idea that AI has been present in these games for a while, that is evident in Sister Location. The Funtime Auditorium, Ballora Gallery, and Circus Gallery are where we are training the AI on what to do and not do. We even administer controlled shocks to the animatronics to train them in that game. So the sections of the Sister Location area are a training ground before the animatronics are rented out.... maybe even to retrain them after accumulation bad input data after they have been interacting with the public?
I got into FNAF because of the movie. My friends were like "hey we wanna go see this film made by BH & using Jim Hensen's company to make real animatronics" and i was like "wow that sounds like fun i love physical effects but i should check the lore so i kinda know whats going on" and i watched 1 video & YT kept offering me more & i was like ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Im here because of the film and the YT algorithm
Taking about the early days of game theory was a nice moment. When Matt mentioned the companion cube being people, that's actually the very first video I watched on the theorist channels. I found game theory through that video while in love with the portal franchise. I've been watching your videos across all the theory channels ever since. Thank you so much for your works; they've brought me so much joy and a great feeling of connection
Actually really looking forward to this upcoming Fnaf theory. Because yeah, for whatever reason the Fnaf community as a whole has decided on the lore and God help you if you have a theory that goes against their headcanon >_< Of course, these are also the people who frequently complain about Matpat anyways so hopefully it's not just noise to them :P
Yeah, the FNAF community has getting weird about "agreed upon lore" fighting against theories that conflict with it, forgetting how many times we have changed the narrative about what we agree is correct 😅
i think alot of people are already are within the same sort of area since fuh naffs theory episode of a travelling circus or having the significance to the ticket. for me at least, its one of very few theories over the years in which ive personally accepted and agreed to be on the right lines or where i think it is heading as well purely because of how much significant evidence and connections pointing to one another in his theory. its the strongest theory i have personally seen in a long while and i think the closest weve gotten within the last 2 maybe 3 years.
Yes look at what happened with mats robot child theory.. Most of the community hated it.. Now it's essentially the gospel of evidence to alot of things in the series
I think local could mean a bit more than just a road side attraction. If I were to say that I'm showing off my local yodeling elk, but traveled through parts of Montana, Wyoming, Utah, and Idaho, I believe it could still be considered "local." A local band travels to nearby cities or towns for gigs, but still considered local. I believe it also has to do with the attractions size, The Harlem Globetrotters aren't local, but if a local college had some of the basketball team do something similar raising money and doing shows in other close towns, they could be considered the local globetrotters.
This theory is pretty solid. As it makes sense with how Security Breach, Ruined and most likely Help Wanted 2 are all referencing the original book trilogy. So going to Circus Baby's Pizza World makes sense. Since there's evidence that's already there for such a thing to make it work.
I think the underground bunker in sister location is the place where William kept the animatronics when they weren't rented and it has stages so he can show the potential buyers how the animatronics perform. It's not a place for people go to but for potential buyers to go see how they perform and see if they want to rent them
The “Fredbear” drawing isn’t Fredbear. It’s Rockstar Freddy. He has the purple cheeks hat and tie in the game. Which in itself brings up further questions since all the Rockstar animatronics are more than likely springlock suits. Look at their hands and then look and Springtraps hands.
Yeah 100% agree. Someone could make the argument that rockstar Freddy, being more yellow and having a purple hat, is def very similar to fredbear which is interesting in its own right
51:07 local may not mean a stationary show. it could’ve started as a roadside/specific town attraction and as it gained in popularity, they decided to make a travelling show. by saying “our local bear” it could just mean the location where the show began, local to that area. like “a travelling circus show originally from ohio, come see our local singing bear” i’m not saying it’s actually from ohio but humour me
Thank you for reminding me to do the survey! I've always wanted to be a part of the theorists community, but I always end up missing stuff like this. I'm really glad to have finally participated in something for a theory!
Not sure if sarcasm but I genuinely enjoy it. I hope that Fuhnaff returns the favour and does a commentary on Matts next theory. I always know if I want the streamlined version I can jump over to Johns channel and watch it.
@@TMRae_Rae__ 100% not sarcasm I genuinely love it I will sit here for hours watching all the theories and everything. I love to watch while I'm doing something so my brain can have more then one thing to focus on and not go crazy. Also yes I really hope John returns the favor it's so fun when they do that 💪💪
Just a something that I noticed, it might mean nothing, but the balloons in SB. The ones that are different colors are 2, 4, and 5, which add up to 11. There are 11 suits. These probably mean nothing, but the relationship is interesting, nonetheless.
I think the night 4 springlock suit has shown its identity to us for a long time. The clown we see in the posters with the green and purple pants is roughly the same shape as the concept art suits shown in the video, and it would be more thematic towards the "Circus". It also would make sense as to why it's in the Circus rental location at all.
Yessss, yet another Fuhnaff reaction!! I always love the discussion and brainstorming that comes from these reactions, and of course love the original videos too!
At 26:50 I feel like since William at this point in time is considered dead due to him disappearing for 30 years, Henry would hold sole ownership of the building. At least in the eyes of everyone that isn’t Henry and Michael
30:09 That isn't Fredbear or Golden Freddy, that is just Rockstar Freddy, you've got to remember, Rockstar Freddy is very yellow for a Freddy, because Rockstar Freddy is a mix between Freddy and Fredbear, because Rockstar Freddy has a purple hat and bowtie, something only Fredbear has previously had.
I’m really liking the bluish gray background, it has patterns, so it doesn’t feel boring, and it works really well with the orange couch, which brings in some nice color! I loved the yellow, but it’s nice to have a change of pace!
You can infact hear the restaurant while working in Pizza Sim! If you go back to the game and turn everything off, the background noise includes chatter of patrons alongside music
One detail I've always overlooked is how the Withered animatronics each have a second endoskeleton jaw in their mouth... ...what if the Withered animatronics ARE springlock suits, but we've only seen them in endo mode?
1:03:00 ah yes my favorite barnyard animals. A pig, a frog, a bear, a hippo, and an elephant. A pig is definitely a barnyard animal and maybe a frog but the other three definitely aren’t
Can we all agree that the true genius is the person who writes the chapter titles? Like, this isn't even the best one. If you don't check the chapter titles, go back and read every single one of them for the past gtlive episodes. They are the greatest words known to mankind
The crawling under ropes is meant to help you do as low as possible into the ground so you can't be spotted not caring what you crawl in, and failing that test leads to bar wire in the back
You do know in certain places they have local carnivals that open up certain times of the year so for it to be their local bear that only performs at that carnival every time the carnival is up
REALLY looking forward to the upcoming FNAF Theory. It is very much something that needs to be discussed especially with The Mimic now being canon. Always love to see your work Mat, looking forward to every upload
Looking at that list of extra costumes makes me think that, unfortunately, there might be a **third** chain. I mean, think about it, Mushroom, Gopher, Bird, those are all *forest* animals/things. Perhaps a rainforest cafe type thing. you have the Freddy's chain, the circus baby's chain, and a third. The only thing that makes me iffy about that one, is the fact that personally I'd imagine Bears and Foxes as apart of a forest chain, and have the chains be Farm (Chica, Bonnie, Pig Patch), Forest (Freddy, Foxy, Gopher, Mushroom), Circus (Baby, Orville, Jester costume, whoever else). Just Gophers and Mushrooms, and blackbirds ring of Forest to me. Which I suppose could fit with freddys but I'm not 100% sure.
As for the Sister Location galleries, I've always interpreted them was holding areas to keep the animatronics busy when not out as rentals. With the whole controlled shock mechanic, they're clearly aware that the animatronics have some level of sentience, so it may be a repurposed space to hold them to a routine.
One thing that could lend towards John’s theory about pizza simulator being connected to the underground bunker is the scooping room being present as you go under the restaurant and run through underground tunnels.
I think it's interesting to take note of the fact that sun and moon were also rlly emphasised in ruin.... the masks as collectibles seem a similar face plate to the sprung lick suit in fnaf4... the designs may not be 1 to 1 but the jester spring lock and sun and moon are very similar with the skinny arms and legs, they could have just been adapted like the freddy,Chica and bonny mascot suits.... and with sun and moon being so obscure in sb it make sense they could have also been apart of baby's pizza word.... but just a thought, a lot of things pointing to eachother
On the topic of the witty banter! I’m in JROTC, and I do their raiders program which is basically a pt competition. It’s not really difficult doing everything on its own, but in competition we do everything one after another. Ash is doing good by building up their endurance!
The best thing about Matt not letting the video play for more than 20 seconds is when John explains and disproves him right away after he starts playing the video.
I have a personal theory about the suits in ruin. In fnaf 3, phone guy says that they got new suits to replace springlock suits while they fix them and come up with something new. Phone guy says any questions about their relevance to the company shoild be deflected. He basixally said these new costumes will be endo-less and they will just be for entertainers. He also basically says "this wont be freddy bonnie chica foxy or fredbear and springbonnie" these are obviously those suits. Saying its a circus and stuff is way too convoluted. Personally I believe that these being the suits phone guy mentions in fnaf 3 is the simplest and most possible theory.
When you're talking about the "local singing bear" part arguing the traveling shows, it made me think of how alot of those traveling carnivals would also invite local shows in to bolster their amenities as well as something to add a little more incentive to area residents to go with that like "oh I remember seeing that show a while back, I'd love to see it again" sort of thinking.
Something really cool about that intro is that it was animated by John he’s been showing off his journey in learning 3d animation since the beginning of the year and yeah it’s super well done
Aw man. I shouldn’t feel so weird about matpats talk of og fans, but I remember watching Mario Is A Psychopath when it came out. Modern fans that came in during the sb era probably have no clue what that is. I remember my mind being blown with how quickly the fnaf games were releasing all those years ago. It made me realize that I’ve never outgrown game theory or fnaf, and that makes me kinda happy. A lot of the stuff from my childhood is gone, but a notification that Game Theory has uploaded still fills me with excitement. Thank you, MatPat, for the wonderful work you’ve done over this past decade+
28:18 actually no, I believe on the first “night” it’s specifically stated that you must be here ordering things while the customers (or patrons can’t remember) eat in the other room.
It lurks in the shadows, out of His spotlight, His view. He dances on the stage, weaving a web of lies. But you must venture beyond the cage, and find where It cries. Find the truth.
50:50 Everybody please notice, the fine print on this here ticket//poster @GTLive The SHOW's name IS indeed *"Fredbear's Singin' Show"* However, the singing bear is already NAMED "Freddy".
GTLive was very present in my childhood. Even though I've never played a FNAF game this style is still a comfort content to put on while doing other things. Thanks MatPat and Co for all that you do. ❤
Idk if this is relevant or not, but in the book William hides underground where there are mushrooms that glow in the dark. Idk how or why that relates to the mimic, but it's the first thing that came to my mind when MatPat said that the mimic wears a mushroom costume.
For that "local attractions" bit; circus and carnivals would sometimes hire local entertainment as limited time attractions to fill up their quota as well as to catch the attention of the locals in the area. Sometimes people would like to see something they are familiar with during big events. As well as to get those small name more known to their regions. Its a two way street for this type of investment, the locals are more likely to go to the circus or carnival if there is an attraction they are either already familiar with so they would visit and end up seeing everything else. Or the local attraction gets recognized by their home region so more people would want to see them and it would be closer to home then them going out of their way to go someplace for entertainment. We see this type of partnership with bands getting gigs at bars or restaurants.
Remember that william died, he cant own the fredbears building since he isnt around, so only 2 people could actually claim ownership of it, henry and michael
What if Fred Bear's Singin' Show started out as a local thing, then as they got more popular and more money, they became a traveling circus/carnival. Alternatively, they may have been a traveling business, but with time grew popular enough to open a few more permanent spots to operate. They may have still traveled around but these specific locations had permanent operations. Either way, I think it would explain their transition into a full restaurant and business really well.
As someone who just read the Silver Eyes trilogy. Charlie only ever talks about how her dad owned the place. I don't believe William says anything about being co-owner of that specific place just that he's a security guard.
Since people could rent the different animatronics maybe kids could see them down there before they chose which one they wanted, that would explain why there was a stage there to 23:10
Love you too, Matthew Patthew

I love the fact John is getting the attention he deserves, mad respect.

It makes sense that Matt see the 'local bear' line trying to tie down the show to a not traveling one, but it could still be a traveling show that brought on/ incorporated the Bear act from the region the ticket's from, and adding the line is a marketing push to attract the locals to the show.
i could see it starting as a local show that the circus bought and helped develop, but as time went on, fazbear and those animatronics grew more popular but the whole idea of a circus people just didn't care for anymore, so fazbear became the head of the franchise and circus babys became a sister location and eventually forgotten.
i was thinking the same thing
@Liontamer024 it could also just be a regional traveling show like through out a state that way it would still be “local” but still travel just a thought!
I think your right it was a local show were the circus was originally from because it says “our local bear” not like your local bear
So a ‘rehearsal space’ with stages would help to make sure they were ready before being rented out.
i agree
That's what I always assumed, for rehearsals and maybe for previews by potential renters.
If it isn't that it could be by category/theme we have the funtime, the circus/carnival animatronics and balora representing the theoretical theature animatronics with sun and moon
Edit it could also be both it could be these animatronics are based or are the older things revamped and updated to fit the collective group and their could be more animatronics if their respective areas and groupings that are either elsewhere in or out of building also music man could be from theture era
It could also be for the animatronics, since they're sentient but easily confused (like by the voice line lures). Maybe putting them on a stage makes them think they're in a pizzaria.
@@CottonCandySharks fair
I think youre right
I got into FNAF because of the movie. My friends were like "hey we wanna go see this film made by BH & using Jim Hensen's company to make real animatronics" and i was like "wow that sounds like fun i love physical effects but i should check the lore so i kinda know whats going on" and i watched 1 video & YT kept offering me more & i was like ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Im here because of the film and the YT algorithm
Wow, that's a lot of lore to catch up on in a pretty short amount of time
Time to digest 10 years of lore before the movie. At this moment, you have approximately a week.
Welcome! You are never allowed to leave! (jk)
Matpat actually finished an entire react video in one episode. Impressive.
Still took 29 minutes to get 4 minutes in.

Someone could make the argument that rockstar Freddy, being more yellow and having a purple hat, is def very similar to fredbear which is interesting in its own right
30:00 left is actually purchasable in fnaf 6 an you can even put him on stage
51:07 local may not mean a stationary show. it could’ve started as a roadside/specific town attraction and as it gained in popularity, they decided to make a travelling show. by saying “our local bear” it could just mean the location where the show began, local to that area. like “a travelling circus show originally from ohio, come see our local singing bear” i’m not saying it’s actually from ohio but humour me
Thank you for reminding me to do the survey! I've always wanted to be a part of the theorists community, but I always end up missing stuff like this. I'm really glad to have finally participated in something for a theory!
I absolutely love it when Mat turns a 13 minute video into a 1 hour long reaction its my favorite thing 😭
It also would make sense as to why it's in the Circus rental location at all.
i think youre on to something!
28:18 FNaF 6 is never said to be at night, so it very easily could be during business hours.
Yessss, yet another Fuhnaff reaction!! I always love the discussion and brainstorming that comes from these reactions, and of course love the original videos too!
Yeah
At 26:50 I feel like since William at this point in time is considered dead due to him disappearing for 30 years, Henry would hold sole ownership of the building.
At least in the eyes of everyone that isn’t Henry and Michael
I’m kind of worried about ash, that level of woozy on stairs could mean something is wrong medically and they may need to see a doctor.
At the hour mark, Ash just gets so overwhelmed at the idea of having her own podcast, no doubt at the ground floor.
I love being subbed to both John and Mat and watching them put the puzzle pieces together with each other >:)
That is a fascinating thought
time line wise it doesn't make much sense there's a date where everyone pretty much agree they stop making spring lock suits and fnaf 2 is after that
@@Ryan-ob7ytsure, but, by virtue of them being "withered" means they are old, so it could be from a time when springlock suits were being made & used
1:03:00 ah yes my favorite barnyard animals.
They remind of the Kitchen Nightmares title guy in a weird way
The crawling under ropes is meant to help you do as low as possible into the ground so you can't be spotted not caring what you crawl in, and failing that test leads to bar wire in the back
I love the synergy between these two channels, godly, truly
You do know in certain places they have local carnivals that open up certain times of the year so for it to be their local bear that only performs at that carnival every time the carnival is up
REALLY looking forward to the upcoming FNAF Theory. It is very much something that needs to be discussed especially with The Mimic now being canon. Always love to see your work Mat, looking forward to every upload
I think that the reason the mimic keeps going to the mushroom is because he wants to get high.
Love these not-lives! John has such good theories and I love seeing him get the recognition he deserves!!!
"Fill out this survey where you take a Meyers Briggs..."
I'm gonna stop you there
One thing that could lend towards John’s theory about pizza simulator being connected to the underground bunker is the scooping room being present as you go under the restaurant and run through underground tunnels.
Another fnaf video I can dig into, my day has been made!
Or just Gtlive in general
Mimic taking on the form of a "Big Blue Dog"?
Blues Clues crossover confirmed!
Always more fnaf! Thanks mat!🎉🎉🎉❤❤❤ Fuhnaff is great!
Survey took me about 10 minutes. definitely go do it!
Less goo boys the last reaction to Fuhnaff was awesome, stay awesome viewers, matpat, and his team.

Oooh this is a very good point
Thank you, MatPat, for the wonderful work you’ve done over this past decade+
i love your videos so much, keep up the amazing work!!
28:18 actually no, I believe on the first “night” it’s specifically stated that you must be here ordering things while the customers (or patrons can’t remember) eat in the other room.
Someday, GTlive is going to get an updated opening theme.
Today is *still* not that day.
i keep rewinding every new episode incase i somehow didnt notice it 😭😭 so excited for it thooo
It lurks in the shadows,
out of His spotlight,
His view.

weaving a web of lies.
But you must venture beyond the cage,
and find where It cries.
Find the truth.
I always took Bellora and Baby having solo stages was down to them being solo shows and also maybe not playing well with the other animatronics...
They're also not exactly solo, ballora has the minirinas and baby has the biddy babs (if that's what they're called, I can't remember)
Wasn’t Ballora meant to distract adults? (Idk where to source that) but she couldn’t be in the same room as the other if that’s true

Everybody please notice, the fine print on this here ticket//poster
@GTLive
The SHOW's name IS indeed *"Fredbear's Singin' Show"*
However, the singing bear is already NAMED "Freddy".
The only retcon Scott has ever pulled off was to retcon the very statement "there is only one retcon".
You guys really need to take a closer look at the Monty Gold Courses. There is something there you are missing.
Remember that william died, he cant own the fredbears building since he isnt around, so only 2 people could actually claim ownership of it, henry and michael
Oh my God, Matt Pat has incredible selections of just jackets 1:58 the man is truly a jacket connoisseur and I need this one. Where can I get that?😂😂😂
Oh wow no way. The girl who refuses to say shes a girl was mad because she had to work in order to "work".
Finished my part! Happy to help team theorists ❤
I think the poster says “Haughty” and Haughty means “Arrogantly superiority” so it fits.
Thank You MatPat.
Had a long write-up in my head, but, tldr, Thank You❤
What if Fred Bear's Singin' Show started out as a local thing, then as they got more popular and more money, they became a traveling circus/carnival.
Alternatively, they may have been a traveling business, but with time grew popular enough to open a few more permanent spots to operate. They may have still traveled around but these specific locations had permanent operations.
Either way, I think it would explain their transition into a full restaurant and business really well.
Don't know why, but i feel Help Wanted 2 is going to be a reality hit
As someone who just read the Silver Eyes trilogy. Charlie only ever talks about how her dad owned the place. I don't believe William says anything about being co-owner of that specific place just that he's a security guard.
Woooooo love watching Matt react to John. It's been great
Since people could rent the different animatronics maybe kids could see them down there before they chose which one they wanted, that would explain why there was a stage there to 23:10
