Lets not forget how ridiculous the characters in this series are! I'd firmly put this cast's power as below the casts of games 6, 7(.5), and 9. I'd also speculate they're lower than game 11's cast on average, but mostly only because of Yuugi and, to a lesser extent, Utsuho.

Well shes based on a lampad from greek mythology, a fairy or a nymph that works for Hekate (in this game, Hecatia) And these lampads have torches that when someone see it they will get insane. Thats why Clownpiece has a torch too and used it to drive people insane but I think this ability of her kinda beyond Reisen's version because i dont think Reisen can summon moons and throw them at us with her ability e.e
