Always enjoying your weekly vlogs, so I am in for 51 more vlogs in 2022 😁 My goal is to live a ''minimalistic life''... first by decluttering all the stuff that I haven't used/touched in the last 6 months, and than organizing the rest by selecting it in 1) daily things I use, 2) weekly things I use 3) monthly things I use and 4) things I only use in certain circumstances. 😉 My second goal is to achieve my home renovation before the 14th of April (my moms birthday)... And last nut not least (when I have finished my home renovation).... is reading for one hour a day and no social media (instagram) after 11 AM. Have a great week!

Got told a little tip once. When using tomato paste , cook that out first then it will release a sweeter flavour. If you don’t do it first you can get a bitterish taste. Happy new year btw 👍🏻👍🏻

Awesome vlog bro. I noticed the knee straps during the leg exercises.. what do you specifically use them for? Only asking as I’ve had bilateral knee operations for cartilage damage and still get pain in knees while doing leg day. Any feedback would be appreciated. Good work!

Great piece. Been really inspired returning to elite fitness as a former full-time athlete, since getting into your videos. Had a question about the drop sets. For example when you say drop set of 10x10, how many reps would that be, what's the breakdown of doing the drop set?
10 sets then reduce the weight and perform another 10 reps! Technically you shouldn’t be able to perform another 10 as muscle is already under fatigue and thats the idea. One of many ways to progressively overload the muscle
Hi obi just letting you know i love the way you workout and watching your training has really helped me out. So i have a question wondering if it's ok to work your quads one day and hamstrings and glutes the following day as i workout late at night so i can make each workout more intense.
