I found this recording by chance and was amized by the professionality and accuracy of Bach's Jauchzet Gott in allen Landen! I saod to my spouse: GOD has given all these players a double portion of gift, it wouldn't be possible otherwise to play on such an high level of musicality. Fabulous!
As a Cellist and Vocalist, it is simply sad to perform for people who do not appreciate your efforts. EXCELLENT PERFORMANCE and spot on with dynamics and tempo!! Ausgezeichnet und Fantastisch! Gänsehaut und Tränen in meinen Augen habe ich! Vielen Dank, ich habe ALLES genoßen!!!

Probably one of the best, if not the best, recordings of that piece I've heard in a long time. Fabulous.
One of the finest performances I've heard of this in years. Ms. Ruiten was wonderful throughout, capping this with a truly thrilling Alleluia. The entire ensemble worked beautifully together. Bravi!

Wonderful singer and she for being Dutch and his language is very close to German, there should have been no difficulty in German for that and her pronunciation is really fantastic ... 😀

Bisher kannte ich hauptsächlich die Aufnahme mit Emma Kirkby... . Sie lief früher häufig im NDR.

One can argue the relative artistic merits of this performance versus the one with Helmut Rilling and the Real Filharmonia de Galicia.. But for sure, Ms Ruiten's coif here is clearly superior, fetching and appealing!
