Agreed. I believe welding, metal fab & machine work are classified under Industrial Arts at some colleges. These skills are truly art, especially welding, when performed by a master like Isaac (I C Weld)! Amen?
Another nice job. It looked like a simpler job, but I still learned a lot from your trimming techniques. No fuss -no muss - the word elegant comes to mind after you finished. Thanks!
Hey Issac, I guess I'm going to have to start using my plasma Cutter more!😊 And thanks for reminding me I didn't level my saw bucks when I fabricated my jeep body. I "assumed" the floor was a least flat.😢Ha! So soon old and so slow smart!😮 Thanks
That word "assume" has tripped up many a tradie. Hence the saying that "assume" will make an ass out of you and me! 😮 Always check then recheck levels and measurements. Mark from Melbourne Australia 🇦🇺
Don't you just hate it when your tools mysteriously dull, break or go missing all by them self's. Funny it never happened before my kids started working in my shop. I spend more time cleaning their projects then working mine. I don't mind just as long as the fridge has beer in it.🍻
I’d love to see a video of how you got your start in the trade and just some history of how you got to where you are, as someone who is trying to start out in the industry I’d love to hear your story
Can't wait to see what you found to help with the rust clouds, I've been sick of the respirator I wear since the day I bought it. I set up a high volume fan in the summer but I'm in the half of the country that actually gets cold so 4+ months out of the year that's not an option.
Another great repair. I've been thinking about growing my goatee back again. I shaved it off when I moved from Colorado to Florida, but I still feel naked without it.
I've been meaning to tell you that your Vandyke beard is awesome. I had a beard for years, but being 77 years old, I don't need anything that makes me look older. But, in the long run, it really doesn't matter.
Oh, I totally agree on the beard making a person look older! I began growing it for kicks at first but my wife got to liking it. Now i feel stuck!😄😄😄. And yes, I dont like it because it makes me look old. My face is the only area that I have gray hair. It makes me look super old. I may shave it off one day. Gotta keep feeling as young as I can. Especially once I passed the half century mark!😁😁😁
Masterful work with the plasma cutter! Maybe one day I'll get as good as you. 😁 I'll keep improving my welding business and skills as long as You keep making video's!! Thanks so much!
That great-looking beard makes you look like a professor teaching us how too Weld and the do's and don'ts of good welding!!! All the best from Surrey BC Canada
Very nicely done. I always have a cup of coffee and learn something every time. Been welding since I was a kid, not my career in life. But once you start welding, you wonder how you ever got along without one! Thanks.Issac
Very nice work as always !! I can't wait to see what you bought for the smoke . I have a idea I want to see if I am right .Exceptional work as always !! 👍👍👍
That was a pretty straight forward job, but you make it look easier than it should! lol! Like the goatee. Hadn't noticed it before. Gives you a look of authority! Great video!!
good job my friend. Had me worried for a few when you didn't center the square tube on the pipe by measuring from each end. As you would say, 'it worked out OK and looks pretty good. The cheap folks I worked for handed you a cutting torch. I don't think a plasma cutter was even around those years. We did have arc gouge then however.
I really enjoyed this because it was straight forward until the end where you extended the welds to release the stress point. I will have to try that. Thank you, sir, and Stay Safe.
Hi I.C. gads what a neat video, simple project repair very well done, thanks for taking us going to be interesting to see what you purchased for all that rust dust that was thick. Ok thanks again for the video know there a pain to do but we enjoy them, take care.........................see ya
Issac, that plasma cutter was more like a light sabre in your hands wielding it in every direction necessary, it looked effortless, i have noticed some of our millwrights going over the weeds to clean the surface with the plasma cutter and he said to me it does save allot of time compared to grinding, nicely done as always Issac, you make it look routine always a pleasure 💯
I learned something.. that plasma torch is wickedly fast and could get you into a whole lot of trouble if not paying close attention. Yep you are right. A fume hood and a good exhaust system is a must when using those air pushed torches. 🫁
Thank you for sharing, another day who start very well with you and your project, i learn a lot , you are always very pertinent, from Quebec, canada 👍👍👍👍
That was a nice little job. I do like that plasma cutting tip. I have a plasma cutter but the old style one but that sure is nice. Makes it a lot easier. Good stuff. 👍👍🙂🇨🇦
I see your using the plasma cutter more and more, its handy to squees the trigger and go.I've owned a hypertherm 65 for about 10 years and I don't use a torch much any more.I don't know if its cheaper to use than a torch or not, because the expendables are't cheap. My grand kids love it but they don't pay for it, my wife complains but she complains about the price of the gas for the torch, AMONG OTHER THINGS
I missed something on the smoke clearing device. Was kind of shocked when you used the hole saw. Thought you would have done the surgical torch there. Another beautiful job! Just got power back last night here still waiting Xfinity!
Love your channel, I notice fuel cans in your shop. My Dad was a welder and had a small shop. He was using his torch one day and had a fuel jug for chainsaw inside and it ignited and burned the entire shop down. Please be careful!! Take care & have a blessed day.
*I C Weld* Always a pleasure to see another video. Thank-you sir for taking the time to bring us along. GOD Bless.
Curtis and IC Weld on a Fri to start my day 👍
And don’t forget on fire welding !
And CEE
This man makes difficult look smooth, and impossible look only slightly challenging. High level skilled tradesman. Men like this build America.
The third of my three favourite videos, one after the other, on Friday night; who could ask for more?
They should not call welding a trade. With the right tools in the hand of a true professional, it is an art.
Agreed. I believe welding, metal fab & machine work are classified under Industrial Arts at some colleges. These skills are truly art, especially welding, when performed by a master like Isaac (I C Weld)! Amen?
Most any trade is an art. It rather depends how much of yourself you put into it.
That plasma cutter is like a thermal lance, but held in the hands of an expert. Great work Sir.
The man, the myth, the legend in action. Always great work.
Awesome those 30 second instructional videos from Isaac. All you need is "cut, cut, cut, cut, cut, .... weld, weld, weld" straight forward :) :)
Isaac you always explain what you are doing. Excellent work. Always informative thanks
Mr. Isaac, you have the best muscle control of all the welders I watch.
I always look forward to seeing what your next 'job' will be. Nice welds. Have a great week end.
It was not difficult! All i did was sit here and watch you work. Yea, did have to brew another cuppa, but other than that, piece of cake!
Turning a simple project into a MASTERPIECE. Craftsmanship!
Another nice job. It looked like a simpler job, but I still learned a lot from your trimming techniques. No fuss -no muss - the word elegant comes to mind after you finished. Thanks!
I'm glad you got the small plasma for the job. That's the John Holmes plasma cutter.
Thank You for spending the time to show us this repair Issac.
Best Wishes to You and Your Family.
That’s a serious plasma cutter
Thanks for sharing
Cheers from Nova Scotia
Nice job as usual Isac. You really should use a fresh air helmet for that stuff. Be careful.

You're morphing into Mr Miyagi with that beard Isaac but I think your plasma has the edge on his chop sticks !
" Gouge Off..Weld On " 🤓
🇨🇦🤓🤟
Your need a cold beer.....cheers, Paul
A display of real nice craftmanship! Thanks...
Good morning I really like your videos and you are first class all the way you can't beat old school, have a great day!
Don’t even care if I learn anything. Jut enjoy watching you work and the before and after. 👍
Having the right tools means the job is already halve done. Good job matey.
Yes exactly.

ICW smokes another one like it ain’t nothing. You the man Isaac thanks for sharing.
Always fun to watch a master at work. Hope Beryl didn't bite you too hard.
Nope, Beryl completely missed us. Got some good breezes out of it though!

Well, its actually just a fan with a 30' flex tube.
@@ICWeld Shucks, guess I'll just have to watch the next one anyway.
Thanks for taking us along, always enjoy your craftsmanship. Snowball Engineering is another good one along with Kurtis.
The right tools in the right hands. 👍👍
Isaac, I'm always amazed at your ability to cut circles freehand. When you are finished it looks like you had used a template.
Issac, you make it look so easy .
The steady hand of a surgeon. Always look forward to your videos. What a master.
I really enjoy watching your skills, just wish you could get a closeup of the welding thanks.
Not used to seeing Isaac with a beard lol. Love his demeanor and chillness
Another great repair. I've been thinking about growing my goatee back again. I shaved it off when I moved from Colorado to Florida, but I still feel naked without it.
That Plasma Gouge sure makes it easier to cut welds off, doesn't look to messy either. Nice Repair Issac. :)
Happy days Isaac, always thoroughly enjoy your videos, great work buddy, thank you for sharing

I do believe you could build a rocket ship and make it look easy. A true craftsman you are Isaac.
Great work there young man. The plasma cutter made easy work of cutting and blowing off the welds.
Easy, yes.
Harder than you make it look, also yes.
That extension handle is Sweet
I like the 3 gas cans by the door being showered with sparks 😱😜. Excellent job as always 👍🏼👍🏼
I really enjoyed this because it was straight forward until the end where you extended the welds to release the stress point. I will have to try that. Thank you, sir, and Stay Safe.
Great job 👍👍
Issac, with that long Plasma torch, you could make your own Star Wars Movie.....
Always learning something from you, thanks Isaac!

Great content as usual. Hello from the Hill Country.
That plasma cutter blew through the walls of that tubing like it wasn't even there.
That's what the plasma from an anti tank round does.
Smooth operator icweld.
Nice work, and another interesting video. Thanks for sharing it with us.
Не очень сложно , но и не очень просто. Но , как всегда, приятно видеть как работают коллеги в Америке. Привет из России 😊
