Now that’s a TRUCK. Best midsize ever? I absolutely adored mine with over 310 thousand miles.

Most of these suffered from faulty radiators that would in turn mix with their transmission fluid and destroy the transmission. 2005-2010 have the most issues reported of it happening. Along with timing chain tensioners issues. By 2011 Nissan and Calsonic (radiators) and Borg Warner (timing chain) corrected the issues. 2011-2020 are the ones to get.

At the time moving away from the compact seemed like a plus, now people miss the compact trucks. I have the 04 and it’s just as capable as this midsize. The only reason compacts don’t return is the epa rates gas mileage by the wheelbase or best believe they would still make them for sale in the US. South America still has compacts.

It became the best midsize truck for value and reliability because of it.

Chevy still makes the cateye express van till this day, nissan isn't the only one who still makes the same body style pickup.
