I always tell people when they ask why I add hotsauce on everything, that it enhances the flavour, just like a condiment on a burger or hot dog. They assume we cant taste the food we are eating. My wife make curry chicken about every 5 weeks. She is from Chippenham, mind you has lived in Canada since 1976. Great video man, as always
