Bom trabalho 🤝🇧🇷
Thanks for watching
Nice video I have found the same issue moving small Nucs into deep boxes Next year I won’t move until they are a solid and full 4-5 frames with brood. It’s easier for them to defend their hive too with more bees. Stay well and keep up the good work!
That's exactly right. Thank you for watching
Lijepi prilozi kod vas je to sve glamurozo i megalomanske ali lijepo pogledati, mi mali i neuporedivo ne opremljeni ali nekako se snalazimo pozdrav iz Hercegovine i 👍😀medno
Thank you for watching
I like how you set up your yard. I can’t do the black where I am at in Louisiana. It gets to hot and I think it would make the bees suffer.
That black rubber does get very hot
Nice video. I've subscribed and am looking forward to seeing what additional videos you post. One thing you may have done but not mentioned ... equalization. I would have robbed a brood frame from the NUCS with 4-5 brood frames and given them to the NUCS with 2-3 frames of brood. Everyone would then have 3-4 frames and be on more equal footing for a good start for Fall foraging.
Thank you for watching and subscribing. I do give the weaker colonies a frame or two of brood. I never bother with equalizing the entire yard but just make the weaker colonies strong enough to make it
My first thought was how in heck are they not cooking in those jesters? Glad you cleared that up.
Thank you for watching
I used to do full sun yards but now lean to shade 🥵
Shade is nice when it's hot, but shade can cause hive beetles to explode
Hive beetle populations that is
@@ChiltonBeeCompany 4 parts canola oil and 1 part corral on a shop towel
I have the same problem with Pro nucs
They're good nucs for certain purposes
Where you find such wide belting? It looks like a good idea.
It is used conveyer belt from a paper mill
Any problems with hive beetles with these small colonies ?
Not as long as they are kept in full sun
You need to do some cardio. Breathing hard after moving 5 frames is concerning.
LOL. Maybe I was nervous. I'm certainly not running if that's what you are suggesting. Maybe I should start smoking to work out my lungs more
