Man i am happy i found your video, I was clueless with trying to figure out how to use the fragmenter, and you just showing it with no bullshit is just great. thought i was gonna be lost. now understanding this stuff is making my journey better and easier. What i discoverd is that you can overload the reactor and so you are heated up and the cold cant hurt you 😅
At the top of the storage or block area is a block Apedia

You can use to recycle (Scrapper) items into blocks of materials and resources. It's a way to reuse all the resources. Is not an endgame building.

nice video! I agree that the documentation is very poor at the moment. they have said they are working on it. the purifier and other building are available from the start. maybe you were looking at your cab crafting? I know ive got those 2 mixed up quite a bit while playing
Yeah it's weird, because with the beta the documentation was a bit better. But I think so many things changed with the latest releases that they just left it for a future update.

I don't know about a space elevator but a few girders and a windmill on top seem like a good idea. That makes me wonder if you could make the fragmenter mobile.
Couldn't you carry the fragmenter, a few girders and a windmill around? Maybe a few small silos?
You could set up a temporary ore extraction plant while you tractor beam and haul other resources to the plant on a flatbed. Apparently, the flatbed turns on and off. It also seems to allow multiple chunks of ore to be hauled on it.
Yeah I tried putting the wind generator up high and on mountains but no luck.
And in my latest video I do exactly that with setting up a mini fragmenter base in the swamp. Now I need one in the snow biome. Thanks 😎👍
@@OZTRON I saw that you went on the mountain and tried it. That's not really the same as putting it up high on some girders though.
I'm sure you'll figure it out.
Make a space elevator like long grider pole tower and put the wind mill there so they work 100 % effective. make sure lighting pole is at the same height or bad things happen.The storage containers give recycle as buff if u put weapons on that weapons take less no. of ammunition leaser take less energy
Small tip weapon mount can pass other buff which they are connected to weapon mounted on it

First off, thanks for the upload. Great stuff! Second, where did you get the cabs? I've had to unlock all the cabs with block bucks. And im all out atm.
You need to keep doing the rocket launches to get more block bucks then purchase the cab. Some times you cab find one in an Enemy storage if it doesn't explode.

Best base location, go north west from starting point until you find where all 3 biomes meetup, it takes like 8 min in a somewhat fast tech if you dont fight anything and just run from them

Use the extended wheels to keep your tech high enough. It will prevent corrosion.
