Small Edit, while the keffka laugh is Iconic, I would like to have it like 2011 X, where its an original yet similar laugh, just my personal 2 cents

It's best that it's as clear as possible for the viewer, voice effects can be applied later on.

i know this is from 2 weeks ago but yes and no, the actual lines and move names in this video aren't going to be added to the game (Unless blade wants to) but Sonic.exe has been teased and confirmed to be added at some point.
