That is because security is strict there, actually it is forbidden to take photos/videos in the train or on the platforms (as they say the security . I love trains and took many pictures of my homeland rail company, but I always get scold by those security personnel for photographing
How did you manage to take photos or even film, those security bust... are always on my As.. when I photograph a train that is internationally used, like the Bombardier Double decker train or the IC3
Why are there comments on a TRAINSPOTTING video about the whole geopolitical thing with Israel and Palestine? Pardon my slight rudeness, but bugger off with that stuff. Trainspotting/railfanning is a form of escapism at times, especially videos of it like this. Surely you can set aside the sentiments you have in regards to that whole issue and watch trains for nearly 25 minutes.
Do they ever run single-unit (3-car) IC3 trains on the Tel Aviv - Malha line? If they dont, then they might as well move some push-pull sets to that line. Israel Railways actually have 24 Desiro HC sets scheduled for delivery this year, which means they actually could do this cascade and get rid of the IC3s.
Slight misconception with Haifa. Although the station you were at was Haifa central. The actual main train station of Haifa is either Hof Hacarmel in the south of the city or the much larger and huge station merkazit hamifratz to the North of Haifa.

Indeed yes. They need to free themselves from the yoke of terrorists and authoritarian governments. Maybe then they'll be able to begin building a state - perhaps with trains. You can rest assured that the minute Palestine opts for peace Israel will do anything for them.

Nine units were bought third hand from Sweden in 2004 when the line they operated on was electrified and SJ considered that they didn't need them.

It was when I visited in January 2020. But I think it's been suspended due to COVID since March 2020 and it isn't clear if/when it will reopen
Unfortunately, the line will be closed forever, but it is currently being preserved.

You might get suspicious looks if you aren't travelling. I didn't have any issues, but all these clips were filmed whilst travelling

Not a problem, signs are in English as well and you can navigate yourself around with Google Maps or Moovit.

Most of Israel's trains are still on diesel and require the cabs to work with them, so that's the power generator.
We can see that the catenary for electric traction has been laid down, I wonder why there are still few electric trains running along these lines
