I use this method sometimes, but if you go to file manager inside your host, sometimes you will see folders from old plugins and etc. Now, I go to my host and delete my database and inside my file manager and delete everything. Also I sometimes delete wordpress and install again, especially if I am migrating a new website to that address. I noticed it helps with a lot of issues. I wonder if I could find a plugin that would really clean left behind folders and etc..

@@ferdycom did you choose Gutenberg because your previous website was built with it? I followed your Elementor guide and would think that going with elementor for the reset is better?

I just did this and somehow ruined everything. Clearly it was meant to go back to what it was originally, but now I have no access to the page. I cant edit anything now. I can only look at it like someone who doesnt own it. Now I have to fight to try to get ahold of an actual person to find a solution. Im so frustrated. I dont even know where to go from here. What a mistake to make.

eventually wpress support will get you access but yes this is so frustrating that it deletes your account too
