Look at Hexa itself its not half a bad vehicle , Yes its actually a thoroughly repackaged Aria but it's got no serious issues/problems to go with it.
Problem with Tata is reliability & assurance of quality maintenance. My service stn experience is that the machanics are either not trained to detect problems or fault findings but are trained to replace parts to solve your problems. Proud moment for Indian manufacturers, and finally i hope it's time that we can buy and support Indian product TATA, Mahindra, TVS, Bajaj, Royal Enfield all are doing well but I wish same thing happens in all other products (especially electronics (mobile phone)) so that we can stand on our own products, MADE IN INDIA
I don't understand why we Indians are so obsessed with a sunroof which, literally, has no practical purpose in our climate. In fact, it is counterproductive for the A/C for cooling in summer, especially. Plus, in certain cases, chances of water seepage during rainy season. In that case, your car is done. This is pathetic. We must start asking for standard Safety equipment which is only given in the top variant. 6 airbags "reserved" only for the highest variant is utter nonsense and doesn't make any sense. Just make these manufacturers go and try to do the same trick elsewhere, they would get sued by the safety regulation laws. Such a "stigma" is only prevalent in India. And yet they charge higher by about 1.5 to 2 times the international average price. This is pathetic. Let's grow our standards people.
Tata has bright future in automobile industry. They Shows there capability since they enters in passenger vehicle with Indica.Since Tiago ,every product is superb and now beyond thinking The Harrier. Indian customer will love Harrier. ❤️
It is TOO big for a five-seater. Impossible to drive this elephant every day along the busy Mumbai roads... Sadly we do not have very good premium hatchbacks in India...
People complaining about the sunroof should also know that Compass and Creta at the time of their launch also didn't come with one. They launched the sunroof a year later.
Anoop Kalarikkal absolutely not, bad touch can be very annoying when you are driving on highway or roughroads. Smartphone screen touch is the way to go

If i buy creAta i would buy sx(o) rather than sx for alloy wheel desgine
Harrier definitely killed the competition.
What a beast 😍😍😍
Tata should change their steering logo.
I see that the Indians are starting to take cars seriously, this is world class.
Tata broke my heart by not giving a sunroof and 4*4
Now I have to buy a jeep, thou my heart is broken, should have kept up safari legacy by giving 4*4
jeep mein bhi nhi hei sunroof
The thing with tata cars design is like first time you see them , they just look overdesigned , but more i look them more i love them and it comes all over mind and heart , kudos to tata👏❤️
i will buy because there is no sun roof :D
Hi Hormazd sir! Both you and the Harrier are looking fab 🙂 God bless and take care.
This isTouhid from Silchar Assam....
Was eagerly waiting to book one but no automatic option has been disappointing for me .
Sunroof,19 inch alloy wheels,360 camera i wish tata gave this three features for extra cost ,it would have been simply the best car.
Tata needs to separate service station For Hexa , Nexon , Tigor , And harrier
One of the car that defines road presence!! I don't think sun roof missing is a very big deal for the ones in city....
Nice mature and calm review.
Tata has bright future in automobile industry. They Shows there capability since they enters in passenger vehicle with Indica.Since Tiago ,every product is superb and now beyond thinking The Harrier. Indian customer will love Harrier. ❤️
I wish it had 4wd!!
A Maruti Suzuki fan here.
But I must say the Tata Harrier looks so promising and has got better interiors and features than S-cross.
It is TOO big for a five-seater. Impossible to drive this elephant every day along the busy Mumbai roads... Sadly we do not have very good premium hatchbacks in India...
Well said. Exactly my thoughts. I'm waiting for the Nissan Kicks to be launched.
Wait for X451 :)
Well said... Infact most mega cities in our country suffer from bumper to bumper traffic so cars this size are highly impractical
Great narration...! I really liked the way you did it crisp and clear. Hats off..!
Hit like if you prefer an Indian car rather than Hyundai/Renault/Jeep...
Proud Hindustani🇮🇳🇮🇳
4x4, Automatic Transmission, and sunroof will make this the best SUV ever.
great car
As a Indian, I'm proud of this car.
This is the most untata tata car yet 🤣
So does Nexon...
People complaining about the sunroof should also know that Compass and Creta at the time of their launch also didn't come with one. They launched the sunroof a year later.
Alloys look outdated
Straight from the 90s.
Replace them with aftermarket ones.
I think dealership would provide you with some options in accessories as well.
Lol this finish not seen in camera
I agree
TATA is just 'KILLING IT' in SUV DIVISION WITH HARRIER and in compact SUV with NEXON...
A "MADE IN INDIA" product is fabulous... KUDOS TO YOU... 🙌💪
That touch screen looks really really laggy
it would be a head ache if it was so sensitive especially while you're driving through rough road!!!!
Anoop Kalarikkal absolutely not, bad touch can be very annoying when you are driving on highway or roughroads. Smartphone screen touch is the way to go
Are the DRLs are blinking? Or is it customizable?
After watching the whole detail review.. damn I still feel Jeep compass has an edge over the Tata harrier! 😄
Abhishek Atre Apples and Oranges. Out here in the States, Jeeps aren’t seen as the most stellar vehicles.
Good to see Tata motors coming out from the indica, indigo, Safari genre and presenting some fascinating cars in the market which are bound to turn the eyes of its competitors. Thumbs up!
I would still prefer the Nissan kicks
Yay! My thoughts exactly. I like it better than this.
TATA is now revealing its solid engineering.
Nicely reviewed.
I expected a lot from Harrier.
Disappointed!
Ab kya autobot bana de tata isko
Thumbs up to Tata..it's a trend setter innovation and will go long way and will uplift Tata's image world over..Rocking..
A Tata with Land Rover and fiat parts?!?. Not exactly a recipe for reliability and longevity
1964sps well fiat parts , then maruti Suzuki should have been the most unreliable brand because all the ddsi diesel engine are all fiat sourced as well.
What about maruti???
17" inch alloys doesn't do justice for this awesome looking SUV... A 19" or atleast an 18" inch alloys wheel will look amazing
No automatic? Execellent. Why cant TATA just get it rite the first time.. its dumb. After a year people wont really care about harrier.. you have to give it to the customers when the product is hot.. no wonder even with all this innovations tata cant capitalize on the products..
theywillcome with AMTafter few months and if it happens till that time many would have become fool.
This is called a proud indian car
