@@iamparthnarula Lucknow is a major city with better amenities and connectivity, while HNLU is located in a less developed area of Raipur RML has a more active and competitive mooting culture compared to HNLU plus RML has better infrastructure and facilities compared to HNLU. RML has comparatively lower fees than HNLU .. most of the RML students generally go for litigation that's why the corporate placement statistics are kinda unreliable.. there has been a lot of confusion regarding the tier 2 NLUs atleast for me ..after all it is your personal choice as you yourself know better than anyone else about what your actual wants are .. all the best
I think more than the quantity of placement also compare the quality. You are interested in corporate law firms, so you should check how many of those top law firms go to which NLU more - HNLU or RMLNLU? Because number of placements (quantity) also depend on the quality of students in a particular batch, hence that shouldnt be the only factor to see placements
The thing is , not many students even apply for placements at RMLNLU. Most people go for civil services/litigation there , which is the reason why the placement numbers are on the lower side. I doubt it has much to do with the college buddy
Your point is fair, but according to some people that I've talked to, companies specially tier 1 companies, can only go to a certain amount of colleges as the placement season is at a similar time for most colleges and due to the market's views about RML's culture, they prefer Raipur more.
Hnlu is the top college in tier 2 , but is a good destination for corporate, rmlnlu on the other hand is a good destination for litigation/civil service aspirants.
But everything else including is pretty bad, location, diff culture plus management issues (senior told ki agar sar dard chaiye to go there) i'll put it after raipur (don't wanna go there) realised that ppos bhi to option rehta hai
Better infrastructure Better city High court and a lot of ngo’s (so more internship opportunities) Nearer to the homecity And there’s nothing like that hnlu has better placements its just that rmlnlu students are more inclined towards judiciary and litigation bcz of the high court availability . If u are inclined towards corporate its upto u . U gotta work hard and get the best placements and nothing can be compared as of now as there are 5 yrs so everything’s gonna get improved
And as much i have researched about hnlu i found that hnlu is like 30 -40 km away from the city centre but rmlnlu is at the city centre , the airport is just 3 km metro is also a few km away . So definitely rmlnlu has better accommodation
@@arirattinyelephant I completely agree with your insights regarding the city life, infra and the point about it being nearer to my home. One thing though - the principle bench of the Allahabad HC is in Prayagraj and the additional bench is in Lucknow, also according to reputable sources and students, HNLU had 54 people as of Day Zero (includes PPOs) but RML had 24. I know the numbers a little skewed due to the type of students at Lucknow, but people at RML have guided that for campus placements HNLU is way better as more tier 1 firms come to HNLU.
@ yes i agree as of now hnlu may be ahead in terms of placements but i think we’ve got like 5 yrs things are surely gonna change and obviously placements do matter but if we see overall rmlnlu is surely better (for me atleast ) and baaki its ur choice . All the best bro 🫡
Hey!!! U remember me? We met at the outside of the Ailet exam centre before the exam. I want to say congrattsss dude for your impeccable achievement. I think u should go for MNLU if u want placements or if u want to pursue any other govt exam then go for RMNLU Lucknow. And yes once again MANY MANY CONGRATS TO U BRO🎉🎉🎉
I get that, but hnlu is like 30 kms away from the main city, in like a village foresty area. but hnlu>rml in campus placements. also Lucknow is closer to home (half the distance). both have pros and cons. gonna focus on slat today and tomorrow, will come back to this on Tuesday.
Go for rml lucknow duh .. you can keep it above hnlu raipur.. I'll be opting NLU jodhpur most probably btw
Could you please elaborate. Btw congrats for Jodhpur
NLU Jodhpur '30 batchmates🤝

Where will you put NLU O in your list?
I heard their placements scene is better than RML

Offline
Choose Lucknow bro i am also gonna choose lucknow over Raipur
any particular reason
Better infrastructure
Better city
High court and a lot of ngo’s (so more internship opportunities)

Take MNLU Mumbai over RML
That I'll doz was a Lil confused about raipur and Lucknow. Now putting Lucknow, then raipur, then cuttack
Raipur isn't that bore of a city though, looking at the placements and everything......................
