hi parth, im a drop year student. last year, a similar notification was issued. however, we were allowed to make very very small markings of the answers on the question paper. but keep in mind that it varies for sure between differet centres, some might be strict about the rule, some might not. howsoever, it might help if you make a very small marking not easily noticeable. about the underlining, maybe do it very lightly with a pencil. if it is explicitly announced at your centre regarding the question paper, then i advise you to not underline but possibly mark a small dot near the answer. all the very best and may we all achieve what we have worked so hard for.

Every year the consortium share similar notifications, no worries it depends upon the invigilator otherwise u can carry a pencil and mark lightly
