Your body and mind depends on the rate at which you inhale or exhale , my friend told me this thing 1 day before the CAT examination and I applied it during the exam and it really worked, when panic situation arrives , just close your eyes and control your breathing speed, it will prevent you from messing up the things, btw I was also demotivated and expecting around 45 score but I Scored 61 in slot 2
broo same thing happened with me i was totally depending on varc expeciting 30-40 marls since that was the range of scores i was getting in mocks and sectionals idk what happened could only get 10 marks in varc and i am so so sad totally under the water i have no idea what to do?

Don't you fear of a gap period and what questions you will need to face in interviews and placement interviews? What type of explanation is considered good?
Just keep working hard last year I had some health issues and can't give my best in cat and wasted all my omets in overthnking Due to which I had to give cat this year and I know its very challenging to restart. So everyone try your best in Xat and convert a good bschool.

With you bro, I had PCOD throughout & even last year it gave me panic attack in the exam. After 2 gap years, I made a huge blunder this year as well in DILR.
In DILR, I thought sets easy honge but slot 3 DILR wasn't easy.. 30min gone and I couldn't solve anything.. In 10 mins solved 9 questions which was a disaster mistake. Scored 4 in DILR .
I am 24 too. I gave up on cat and started preparing for govt exams. cleared regulatory body exam and got a govt job. agar nahi ho raha hai toh chod do bhai. dusra kuch karo.and trust me sarkari naukri never disappoints.
@@khushipathak7618 i earn 60k as starting salary along with all the perks and allowances. i don't have to pay for internet, newspaper, petrol , house rent. i get a housemaid as well. is it worth giving up on MBA ? it depends on you. See MBA can be done at point of life there is no age limit but for govt exams there is age limit. So if you want to start preparing for govt exams then start early
Oh my god, same slot, same marks, same age, same strategy both of us have put lots of effort into Quant sectional and have strategy to solve one LRDI section. One difference is that we are opposite gender and the rest is the same. Don't take tension we both will crack the CAT exam next year with flying colours and take Admission into IIM Calcutta and then I will meet you. It's my promise to you!❤
Dont stress much but yess pehle dont go for study directly Work on ur focuss waala struggles, then see how your day turns up with each passign day and ha startergy k bina padhogi toh kuch nhi hoga

@@Abhishek-bk7ox bec it will hamper the prep . if you can get 1 year completely one can exponentially increase his/her prep and in jobs and that to just after grad jobs work life balance is preety bad , it is usually 10-12 hrs and fir shift and all to diff location then other things . like life becomes a mess . its better to prepare at home , unless you get a job in your own city that is preferable

Last year my score was around 70 percentile , and this time i would be around 50. I took 10 days to accept that , its totally unpredictable .
