So I ordered a new OEM shift star and its a larger more beefed up star. During the reinstall the shift fork no longer grabs the new pins and I cant get it out of neutral. Any idea?
I am having this issue with AKawasaki Mojaveme 250 atv. I did a used timing chain replacement, cleaned the whole bike and tore down, put back together clutch just to kearn how. Starts well, great compression, but off comes 'at right cover yet again, can't get out of neutral.

Check that the part BOLT, RETURN SPRING (Part: 92150) isn't bent. A common problem.
