  • These cookies are one of the softest things that you will ever taste, and the great news here is that you can make them with just 3 ingredients !!!!
    Ingredients:
    250g Ghee
    200g Powdered sugar
    500g plain flour
    20g powder milk (optional)
    Pistachios for decorating
to avoid cracking in your cookies make sure your oven is not very hot 150c maximum
Do that test that i showed in the video to make sure that you are on the right track
you don't need to bake them more the 12min because these cookies should keep their off white color.

Thank you so much for this recipe! I just baked them, I just needed 310g of Ghi because it was still cracking, otherwise it’s perfect. And they are so tasty!!!!!!! I really haven’t thought that it is going to be this delicious. ❤

Perfectly cooked! Most recipes say 180 degrees C for 20 mins but that is FAR too much. They need to dry and must not take on ANY colour, so this recipe is perfect.

Thank you so much, yes these are very sensitive cookies and 180c is too much. I’m so glad you like this recipe🥰🥰

Ghee will definitely get you the best results but any butter/shortening will work!

Yes you can but I personally never used butter in this recipe. But a lot of people use butter so it should be ok 🙂

Thanks for the demo. I couldn't understand much of what you said, but the demo was helpful. I don't think ghraybeh is as easy as it looks. If you don't get the "right" texture to the dough, the cookies fall apart or crumble when baked.

It is intimidating at first but weighing is best for baking. Using a cup depends on the density of the ingredient you are measuring (dense or light). scales are accurate.
