Hi. I can't thank you enough for your videos. I watched some from others but yours id easy to understand and your energy is great for any beginner like myself lol. I was just wondering any chance some of the dishes including this one could be modified to gluten-free? (My hubby is celiac). Thanks so much..have a great day. Hugs
Thank you so much! I'm always happy to share. In this recipe, I would not replace the all purpose flour with gluten-free flour. However, in other recipes, gluten-free flour could potentially work!
This certainly blows Pepperidge Farm out of the water! Can’t wait to try this one!
Let me know what you think once you give it a try!

@@Feelgoodfoodie Thank you. :-)
I’ve a question- is powdered sugar different than the regular sugar?
how much flower is used?
I was wondering the same
Where did you grow up ? Me Jordan 🇯🇴
That's so cool! I was born in Lebanon.
@@Feelgoodfoodie Yay!
Looking for the ingredients to make these cookies. Some help?
Hey Yumna!if using ghee then should it be cold or room temprature ?
Cold ghee! Do not melt it.
Should we add baking powder?
I would not. It will make the cookies crack and the texture becomes brittle.
@davidbennett9691 Thanx mate
early!
Ghoryba .. an Egyptian sweets, please correct your information
This cookie is made from the Scottish highlands to the steppes of Ukraine, and from Sweden to Morocco and back to Syria. It has many many names.
Ghraiba is Moroccan not Lebanese . Nice video though
