Hi there hun. So very sorry to hear about your grandmother. You are very right ad to how grief is. When my grandad died it was awful. I was only 12. But he was like my father. We were soo close. I idolised him. Also list others in my family all very sad & heartbreaking. But nothing prepared me for my husband dying. That was just soul destroying. Sending you so much love & hugs hun.
Your home is very beautiful hun. I too love autumn or what you call fall. Also I’m in love with your cats they are just beautiful. Sending lots of hugs & best wishes lovely. There’s a couple of TV shows you might like featuring Americans living in London...
The first is Industry (Season 1 & 2) & The Diplomat (Season 1). Industry, about a 20 something American getting her first finance job in London is pretty gritty but gets better as it goes. The Diplomat is just really good political intrigue featuring another really smart American female protagonist navigating British/US relations 😊

From sophisticated independent girl about town in London you are in danger of regressing to American country girl overdosing on US food chemicals and not achieving your goals.
Your gas or groceries are a small consideration. Rent or mortgage for roof over your head and the truck you drive. I guess that is bank of mum and dad.
You should be very employable with your skills and recent graduation MA. You may be better focussing on career and less on social media for a period otherwise risk getting stuck in your Georgia lifestyle, taking a job which doesn’t match your capabilities or risk getting left behind.
Plus with fashion really you should be in Milan, Paris, London or maybe New York.
