A more likely way to have spark plugs cost you THOUSANDS is to install counterfeit garbage and have them disintegrate in your engine. Anyone who bought bargain plugs on line needs to pull them and check!

What are your service intervals for:
    1 Engine oil
    2 Transmission oil
    3 breaks
Just wondering because I have a 2024 corolla hybrid se awd and want it to last as long as yours.

Last time I went to install plugs it happened to be in a Kia. NGKs were $24 per plug. So in went $10 Autolites. Denso are also good. Some people like Bosch... I never found them compelling.
Champion and Autolite make good copper core plugs which TBH are actually a good way to go because properly maintained you will never let your gap get too wide.

Auto lite is junk. Use oem and pay high value and it will last.

how long do sparkplugs last? I own a 2013 250k km's Toyota Auris 2 hybrid (in the rest of the world it's called Corolla) and never know what milage sparkplugs have, how many km's they last. I have new ones sitting in my garage. Denso iridium plugs.
Btw: these sparkplugs still look good

Modern spark plugs around 100,000 miles, but I normally change them before it gets to that mileage. For Toyota‘s, this is mainly true check serves data for individual cars.

As in frequently as I change spark plugs and other parts of my Corolla with 310,000 miles it’s logically crazy not to keep with factory specifications and OEM equipment. Had my Corolla 16 years have never regretted it. I bought Toyota for quality / reliability, why would I expect it to perform as engineered by it’s being less than 100% Toyota by using aftermarket parts.

Your plugs are leaking spark. The brown coloring on the ceramic insulator part of the plug is indicating this leak condition. Change with either Denso or ngk OEM recommended plugs. 👍
