I currently work at Randalls in Austin. Kroger is taking over in 2 months. A question: to you have to haul the groceries out to the customers’ cars? We do and that’s the part that makes the job so stressful.
Hi I have a question. So I want to apply for the same position u have but I don’t know which one it is because it doesn’t say e commerce when I go to job positions. It says Backroom, bakery , cashier , courtesy clerk , front end service , deli, meat , fuel center , produce , pharmacy, sales floor ( grocery, diary, frozen , other ..) , and specialty sales and service -floral clerk . Can you please help me with which one you are . 🤗‼️‼️cause you’re job positions seems like it not as hard
It's an E-Commerce Clerk. And no, it's not chill like you see in this video. You are times at how fast you are and have to bet at or under that time, walking 8-11 miles per shift. Sure you can work like this, but you are putting a ton of strain and stress on the actual hard workers. If you want a chill job just be a bagger.
It took a month and a few days to get this job they took forever to send a background check👎🏽🙄 but they finally contacted me on the third week of waiting and I did call several times about it and the hr went on a week vacation while i was waiting. Now I gonna wait for the background check to get done 🙄🙄 but it’s different in other states
I have been doing this job for a year. It is the worse job I have ever had. I have been working since 1979. I am only doing this job because I can't do my normal job due to the pandemic. I am in my early 60's. I am white-skinned and have no problems with our customers who are people of color but the white customers, especially the females, are horribly abusive and they are getting worse every day and they are even worse to our workers of color. its really easy! i averaged 22-24 hours a week just because im still in school so I needed something part-time. Yes they train you how to use the baymax and how to pick the order and take the order to the costmer and all the other little tasks. I had my nails and they had no problem!
What do you think of the hourly conditioning tasks we have to perform? Me I don't like them because they're a waste of time and it distracts us from getting our actual work done, I also find them to be a passive aggressive form of micromanagement.
It’s actually not if you do your job right. It’s stressful af. Walking 8-11 miles per shift, walking as fast as you can, only taking half of your lunch or getting no lunch or break at all. It is not chill. If it’s chill then they’re not doing it properly.
@@eyesonliyah How long we’re your shifts? At the stores I know, I’m order to get a 30 minute break you had to work a 6 hour shift or longer. The stores would purposely schedule you for 5.5 hours so you wouldn’t get a longer break.
