I work in this department and it is tough finding everything because of lack of shipments due to COVID-19. It can be challenging because of low staff in our department but we really do try our best.
In Atlanta the Kroger Pick up spots are numbered. If you go to my purchaces and each order has buttons for be there in 15 minutues or i'm here. When you click i'm here it asks which spot? Just enter the spot number and you are all set you just relax and wait! We love the serve.
5:05 this is actually untrue you can call the store and ask for them to add an item. However depending on how busy it is they will most likely just say that it was out of stock.
They call them Fry's by me. Overall a pretty good service. I don't use them all the time. I trade off with Walmart's service, a little cheaper. Tip; Intercept your bread, hamburger/hotdog buns and your other bakery items BEFORE they load! They mash mine something awful. Edit: More, 7/5 make the dumbell who brings out the order verify item by item that the dumbell who picked the order got what they're charging you for. Last two pick-ups at the Fry's in Sahuarita, AZ shorted me an item each time and still charged me for them. You can jump through computer hoops and get your money back, the electronic hassle makes it moot. It's your hard earned money, make them work to get it right!
I have been using Kroger Pick Up for a month now. My only complaint is that ALL items aren't available for pickup...only in store and some are maybe available for shipping. Paper products like toilet paper, paper towels, kleenex are not available for pickup and that poses a BIG problem for me. My age and health (asthma) as well as my husbands age and health, does not allow us to come inside and our family does not live close by. I told my issues to the person that answered in Pickup this past week and he went and got me 2 boxes of Kleenex...I told him ANY kind would do. I have asked other staff that answered the phone about getting something for me and they have said they could not get it for me. I know you have senior time early am, but I cannot come inside. Thank you for an answer to this problem. From a loyal customer! and BTW...I always leave a hefty tip ...so much so they bring my groceries out as soon as they know I'm in the parking lot. I'm just paying it forward...

We had 30+ employees. Kids went back to school and we lost over half of our staff. But greedy Kroger just kept taking the same amount of orders. And apparently couldn't understand why we couldn't get it done. Or didn't care. Then we lost more people because the stress made it unbearable. The only solution was to quit or stop caring. I chose to stop caring. Stop trying to do the impossible. The customers couldn't understand it. They sit out in the car and imagine that there is a whole workforce inside working for them, but it's only 3 people, trying to do everything. But the orders keep coming, and coming, and coming, and the people keep coming and coming and pulling up and parking outside and waiting on groceries, and complaining, but there's no one here to do it!!!!!!!!! They sit for 30 minutes - an hour, even. Or, more! But they still just keep on ordering, and they keep coming, and no one is here to get your groceries!!!

Then you're gonna be all surprised when it's not out as soon as you pull up 🤦♂️ I've worked in a grocery store before and much like fast food customers don't know, nor care what it's like on our side of the counter but hey we are only human 🤷♂️
I do work for Pick n' save a division of Kroger and it is still refred to as Clicklist I am willing to anwser any questions you may have about click list as I do work in that department
Hi! Justin , Thank you! for helping out. My question is .....When I pick up my order , if I have something that needs to be returned , will the associate take it into the store for my refund or exchange while they are picking up my receipt?
@@muslissa3089 ......I don't think Justin is going to answer. I haven't heard back from him yet. I would think that it would be the same type of receipt , because every product still has to be scanned. They probably do this after gathering the groceries , and then when and if you have paper coupons , and you pay , then it would all be totaled up , and brought back to you. I am placing an order for Tuesday pick-up. (My first time) I'll let you know then. Ok?
It's a total waist of time, there was so many items missing from my order, I wasn't informed at all. I got home and was surprised. What good is having hot dog buns and no hotdogs. now I have to go back. However if just need cases of water or sodas or any other heavy items it's probably a good way to go. I have no idea what paid for or what was discounted.
