i always watch your videos..salamat sa mga sineshare mong recipe...everytime i need to look for a recipe lagi ikaw hinahanap ko...atchara is one of my husband's favorite...i did'nt like this before but when we got married i've been used in eating atchara too lalo na ipartner sa adobo..sarapp..grabee..God bless U! salamat sa mga sineshare mo..i will definitely try this.
My sister-in-law has a papaya tree and its loaded with fruits and they don't know if how to use it. They are still young but once they are ready then I will try to make some "achara" (pickled papaya). And I will let them try it. Thanks for sharing this recipe. I love this when I was in the Philippines.

masarap din na atchara yung ubod ng puno ng niyog or buko... my mom does it and usually sends it sa NY pasalubong sa mga relatives namin :-)
