Stablecoins, yes. USDC however has one major problem: it's not trustless or decentralized.

I’m worried to use any stable coin because in the past, usdt had problems with the regulators due to audits, and who knows if they turn around and say it’s not okay to do that anymore, but I guess you could say that with any digital market.

so far only tether can reach this volume
With what happened recently to Tornado Cash and USDC having tons of people leaving its userbase, I dont think they are going to reach 10T
