it says yes. i can't check it for sure because I sold it and got DJI Osmo Pocket 2. Super happy with the Results. works like a charm and pro results :) I suggest you go for Pocket 2

FOV can be changed using Frames setting. LDC to remove fish eye. both features in menu can be on and off
@@alishanmao The effect of those settings is going to be vital. The normal setting is way too wide for normal use, and it means that the available pixels are having to cover the wide picture. If you crop the picture to a more normal view, you end up with 1080p in effect rather than 4k. It doesn't matter how good the rest of the camera is, if the lens and imaging let it down, it's useless, and you can't fix lens problems with firmware.
Can you do a video on the tracking features please? As a lot of people want to see that and how well it works. Thank you and keep up the good work.
Tracking feature is under testing and once its released, will do for sure. both camera and app can activate tracking. thats what I was told

Looks like the accesories situation is going to be like the Osmo Pocket. Took months before any of the much needed accessories start trickling in
I am in Thailand and bought lens from Lazada but I've seen a review from "Tide" where he uses his DJI Osmo Pocket lens on his Fimi Palm. I have a macro lens, a wide-angle lens, a UV lens, and a Circular Polarizing lens. I want to get some Neutral Density lens for shooting towards the Sun and in very bright sunlight. I got my Fimi Palm two days ago and installed the updates yesterday; easy peasy. I had bought a U3 super fast Sandisc micro SD card from Lazada but I got an error message that it was too slow. I'm using a cheap 10 micro SD card with no problem now Per ali hanmao's reply to Mike Silve, he says that error message may be fixed with the firmware update. I will get back to you when I check.

Can you please help me? I just purchased my palm a couple months ago but I noticed when I start it up the camera faces slightly up? I did a gimbal calibration but it still faces slightly up? Is this normal?
you can manually adjust that drift.
I don't know if I miss it, can you add an external microphone?
yes, but i have not find any converter so far LOL. I am happy with internal mic recording.

I personally haven't seen that, but what ever mode you set in settings, it always starts in that mode.

ok in system tab settings, there is an option that says boot video on or off. If you turn it on, as soon as you power on the gimbal it will start recording the video. no need to press record button.

they have a new firmware that fixes the problem of slow SD Card error message.
Apparently the Palm can handle up to 256GB micro SD cards. Get a good one. Sandisk Extreme.

my 180 tripple clicks stopped working. Is the a menu that turns it off and on ? or is it broken? I only filmed with it once. And updated the firmware. Still wont 180.
maybe firmware messed it up.
@@alishanmao No i wish . I used it filming once without firmware and worked great. But the battery and gimbal were acting up. The battery was dead after 40 min of filming even after a full charge. And then gimbal was always sticking when I turned it on. Had to nudge it to get unstuck. But then next day the tripple click does nothing. It doest even try turning even with a nudge. So then i update firmware. And it didn't have any effect. So i figured maybe i bumbed a button to lock the gimbal from moving. But the joystick still makes it pan manually. The gimbal is fine when i turn it on. Just the auto 180 nothing happens.
i tried contact support. Hope i can get it fixed. Or ill just buy a new one. Love the camera. Everyone comments how great the video and audio are.

No gridlines. That screen is so small, you have to compose without the help of gridlines anyway.

hello good day, can you tell me if u can set the pan to react verry fast or even lock it becouse i want to use this on a chest mount to film riding a montain bike. i do ave a gimbal and action cam combo from rollei but when i try to rec riding when i take a turn l/r the gimbal head take 2 sec to start moving it is like turing left and looking to the right so i can not use it to make fluid turns.
i gues it the same when you are runing whit the gimbal fixt on you so it would be verry intresting to see that in action...may-be a video...please

there is an option that called frame in menus. that changes FOV, but not sure how many degrees.

Well, as I am one of the lucky owners of a FIMI Palm (or not), let's talk about this miracle of technology...
I will pass on the cheap side of the packaging. They couldn't do less.
- No charger
- No instructions
- A charging cable: smaller, you die
- The website: a misery...
Fortunately, good Samaritans make videos on TH-cam
After many hours of this "new experience", here's a list of... what you will have to manage with :
- Obligation to purchase a minimum V30 micro SD card like Sandisk Extreme Pro: other SD cards are refused
- A hassle to format the micro sd: you have to go through the mobile application
- Obligation to update the last super buggy firmware from the micro SD
- A tiny screen and not at all responsive
- A joystick button made for a Lilliputian
- A tripod screw at the top ??? !!!! ???
- A software app with ergonomics of another age
The 3 main problems of FIMI palm :
- The platform which returns to the horizontal position every other time when starting
- A very bad image quality
- A battery that heats up when charging AND when using
Regarding the video quality, which remains the most important point of a camera, I do a better job with my stabilized Xiaomi Mi Max 3.
The only positive points that I find to this "camera" are:
- its wide angle
- its autonomy
- to be able to clip it on a backpack strap
In short, it's an just another expensive electronic toy, riddled with bugs and design glitches.
I suspect Xiaomi to want testing a new market with the lowest investment.

has anyone has issues with playback on a computer? when ever i try to watch the videos on laptop they are slow and audio way out of sync. but ok if i watch them via the app

Your old laptop may not be able to handle the 4K video files. My 10 year old MacBook Pro stutters and stalls with the video files... but my newer computer can play them back smoothly.
