Just a note on the Hard Off jingle - it can cause your video to get claimed so as much as I love hearing it, I'd suggest muting it to avoid catching a strike. Junk GTs and Game Gears are a crapshoot, if the caps leaked you're in for a lengthy (and expensive if you're paying someone) repair. Q's are equally challenging to fix because they are hard to take apart and the drive trays and rails love to disintegrate and shatter. I generally don't recommend that people buy any of the aforementioned systems unless they're ready and prepared to pay someone to fix them. They're not suitable projects for inexperienced hobbyists to take on. Thsnks for sharing your hunt with us!

I paid around 70 usd for a cib neo geo pocket at super potato in 2018. Prices have been rising significantly... 100 usd for a loose ngpc at hard off makes me glad I bought it back then.
The price on the PC Engine GT isn't all that bad, same with SamSho 4. I'd def spring for SamSho 4! In my neck of the woods, the game can range between ¥44,000-¥50,000. And that Mario Kart game and case bundle was a great buy! Cheers!
Right, I thought so too! The PC Engine GT had bad capacitors however and is a struggle to fix according to people on reddit. But a friend of mine told me a day ago, that he could fix it. So maybe Ill get it after all. Sam Sho 4 had a broken box, sadly. Complete broken. Glad I found the Mario Kart case just like you :D Cheers.

Sega Saturn PS2 pads have been fetching some pretty high prices for years, so nothing new in that department. Every Hard Off seems to have that one song playing, and the woman talking.... on an endless loop, would drive me insane to work there. Garou Mark of the Wolves I have on PS2, a fantastic emulated version of the game, the DC version of course is a port. The PS2 version was part of the SNK Online Collection for the PS2. 7:27, another Puyo Puyo game (Nazo Puyo Puyo Rulue's Roux), I'm always amazed you just flip through those. They are great puzzlers, but you must not be into them, because you ALWAYS skip over them. 🤪🤣
Was so cool to see one like that. Never seen them before. Has to be pretty uncommon them. Haha oh yea, me too. Its not possible. At least some HARD OFF's has one more song in circulation, a Hard off rap song! Awesome! Was close to pick this up. I would love to get the DC port for the soundtrack and different artwork. I have it on AES, if you missed the previous video. Thanks for telling me haha! Not too into puzzle games but I do appreciate some of the ones from SNK. I'll check out this one :)
@@RetroMoments So long as it's not the US port of MotW, for some reason people have complained that it makes their Dreamcast's motors grind harder, and uses the wrong soundclips of Terry Bogard (US DC MotW uses Real Bout FF 2 Terry Bogard voice samples, instead of MotW's). And yeah, that Saturn PS2 pad is a bit hard to find, your video is probably one the one time I've seen one in a Japanese game shop, or a Hard Off. I've seen them in no other video from these shops over there.
Oh really!? I didnt know that. Thank you for the information. Good thing that I mostly keep myself to Japanese releases. Wow thats cool. I was definitely tempted to pick it up... We'll see if its there the next time I go back.
