  • Hey Everyone, my name is Alejandra Montante and this month is Fibromyalgia Awareness Month. I will be uploading daily (wish me luck). Fibromyalgia is a chronic illness and my goal is to spread information about it. From personal experiences, scientific information, optional workouts (depending on how you physically feel and how to handle it) how mental illness effects fibromyalgia, and how to mentally handle certain days (depending on the degree of pain).
    Workout:
    Bicycle Stretches 2 sets 10 reps
    Bicycle Crunch 2 sets 10 reps
    Leg Lift 1 set 10 reps 2 second hold
    Scissor Switch 2 sets 10 reps
    Dog Bird Crunch 2 sets 10 reps
