Hi Richard, I'm loving these tutorials, just taking a CB100n engine down, did you do a tutorial on taking the gearbox etc out of the casing, as I can't find it. Thanks so much, I wouldn't have had the guts do attempt it without these videos.
Hey Richard, just wondering how you got all the old gaskets off so nicely? I finally got the oil filter off with an impact wrench, but now I’ve been struggling to get the gaskets off.
If I remember correctly, I didn't know either, I think I matched the case covers at 8/9 lbf but it's not easy as they are JIS screws and not supposed to be torqued tightly.
Can't tell you how much I appreciate these videos. Along with a Clymer manual I have all I need to know. Thanks!!
Fab job richard great work mate
Thank Colin
Very nicely done Richard
I like how you are using the paint tray for cleaning.
Nobody breath. Lol.
Can't afford a parts washer ... Yet

Gaskets never come off easily, I use a single edge razor blade with extreme caution so as to not ggouge the aluminium. It's slow work but rewarding.
good job very good
Gr8 job m8 going too easy 😉
Don't curse it !!
what torque did you do the centre crank case bolts too as not stated in Haynes manual - thanks
