Almost everytime i have gone down to Crawford road, either something happens to my car, or when I get to the bridge someone else is stuck under the bridge. I grew up here. I have wrecked right before the bridge, my car has cut off underneath of the bridge on its own, i have heard soft thuds against the top of my car, i have seen multiple hand prints appear, and many more strange things. I am a local, and i can tell you about a few of these experiences.

German1437: There used to be a creepy-looking house very close to the road (Havens Beach Rd.), but it's no longer there. I'm not sure where the original house that the woods were named for was located, but Jeff Santos or Linda Cassada from Virginia Paranormal Investigations can probably tell you. I went there a couple of times at night, and the area was quite spooky, but I returned just a few years ago during the daylight hours and thought it wasn't scary at all. Of course, that house I'd seen decades earlier was gone.
@@steveinge7058 yeah I always go when it’s like 65 to 70° outside to show proof because I’ll be outside there in the dark and as soon as you blow smoke out of your mouth, it feels like it’s 20° outside cause you see nothing but smoke yeah that place is really haunted, but I love that stuff
I went back and yeah, you did get the blind spot detector lighting up on camera. If I were sitting where Jeff was at that moment flight mode would have kicked in.
Hello VAPI team, that was good. I agree with Linda, the living scares me more than the dead unless I feel a dark presence. Sending love to you all from Australia.
So I’ve got an old style dodge with an aftermarket back up camera that I can turn the back up camera on when I’m driving so I’m thinking if I go to that bridge and sit under it maybe I’ll see something? What are your thoughts?

Totally reminds me of Bunny Man Bridge! Which is inaccessible now(I'm sure you know as Virginians), but so so SO similar. My sister, the genius she was, once went to Bunny Man after having taken Extacy and I think LSD. Things didn't go well. She's quite a bit older than me so when she took me years later it was during the day and very sober at my request. If I remember correctly there was a gorgeous horse farm on one side, a small home on the other, and then the road was blocked off not far beyond the bridge. I can see why they put the cams up, but it's sad people don't get that experience now growing up. It was kind of a quintessential teen experience for people of the area.
It's a feature on most smart phones where if you go to take a picture you can change it to "Night Mode" it takes a longer exposed picture to see even the darkest of areas.
