Maybe some data validation for the student's name so they don't get it wrong.... and form question for class to filter by class for admin.
So if the student didn’t come to the class physically, they can still fill out the form online. How could we find a way to demonstrate they come to the class venue?
Hey Allison! That's why this version is better! Because in order to access the Form, they'd need to know where to find it. Send it out in your Google Classroom then tell your students in class that it's there waiting for them. Give them a few minutes to complete it, and then either delete the Classroom notification or turn off the 'accepting responses' button.
Alternatively if the students have their phones out, put up a QR code to the Form. Everyone in class scans, then you mute the projector screen so noone can take a photo of it and send it to someone not in the class.
