You say that like it would be a bad idea, politics can be hilarious as long as you don't take it too seriously which if you're taking any form of comedy seriously you're already beyond help. The only downside is that political humor doesn't translate across nations very well unless it's about particularly ridiculous figures like Trump, boris Johnson, Kim Jong un, put in, Berlusconi I think or whoever runs turkey and plays with a golden rod. But as an American I don't know what the labor party even is so I'm unlikely to get a joke about a stereotype involving them (I only mention labor because it's the only UK political party I can remember the name of, other than Tories maybe? Or national maybe?)

A. I love the idea of the name Megan Sheboygan. B. I love how they kept saying Sheboygan with a New Jersey/East Coast accent. Sheboygan is a city in between Manitowoc and Milwaukee in Wisconsin, along Lake Michigan. So much more Midwestern. C. I have to wonder where Roisin even picked that name up? It’s a pretty random one.
I think that Sheboygen is one of those words that came up in old gangster movies and in old war films, like Walla Walla, WA, or Toledo, OH., where some guy with the wrong accent would say he was from a little town in the mid-west, "you ever hear of Sheboygen pal?" he might say, kind of a thing...The Brits of Roisen's generation tended to see them 'cause they were old Hollywood and in English, were a popular form of entertainment, like us watching BBC America, etc. Cheers!
