Ok villains grove changed this year. Yes it’s ultimately the same but there’s changes in each scene. I like it

What movie/villain is the dark forest area 6:14 at the the end referencing? Or is it just a "spooky dark forest?"

Where were all of the villains?

@@suecoppola1081 you don’t meet the villains there. It’s just a beautiful walking trail.

Good job filming. But does anyone else think this walkthrough is whack? Lol

It's so disappointing. It feels like you should actually encounter the villains here, not meet & greets, but they should be there. This is a scenic route with almost no candy. Just designed as a people eater.

Great visual area but it lacked any fun scares

Wait a minute...Dr. Faciliere and his voodoo magic is totally fine for Villains' Grove, with tons of young kids going through, but not appropriate for Splash Mountain, which has a height requirement? 🤨 I'm not going to let Disney have its cake and eat it, too. 😡

The story of princess and the frog doesn’t fit the layout of splash mountain (are you ready would be closer to slipin falls than anywhere near the laughing place) and Faciliere is dead when the film ends.

@@ethanshackleton Agreed; it was stupid for Disney to re-theme Splash Mountain in the first place. If they were so concerned about cultural sensitivity, there were a million less-expensive and more palatable options, including changing the voice-acting and dialogue or replacing a few animatronics.

Yeah, kind of what they did with the Peter Pan ride at Walt Disney World. They kept the Indians but made it less sensitive, it’s where Tiger Lily and her Grandmother (sorry if I’m wrong) are dancing together and the other Indians are less sensitive and are all playing the drum. But no, they just had to get rid of Splash Mountain. What a shame. 🐰🦊🐻

@@csn5689 Exactly! They could have had a toned-down version that still meshed with the story of the ride. Perhaps a projection effect in Tiana's Bayou Adventure where the shadow of Dr. Faciliere follows the boat, or perhaps his disembodied laugh at the top of a drop...

No one said he was inappropriate. The ride just takes place after the movie. He’s already dead. Plus oogie boogie party is all about villains. And villains grove was ultimately originally designed for older fans with children allowed in. It was just supposed to give them something to do
