What people don’t realize is this is how you get doubles and triples without using a double bass pedal. It’s cool to use a double bass pedal but I always felt like back in the day your foot game had to be nasty with out a second bass pedal especially growing up in church lol

When we were younger, playing in timbs made you feet faster no cap. Think about it like this, if you could get your foot conditioned in timbs (or JODECI BOOTS) then imagine how much faster your foot is in church shoes or tennis shoes. Its just like when we used tk showdow box with those 2lbs weights, then when it was time to fight in real life hands was quick as hell. Loll. Same principle.

Nice, not to many drummers can hold this pattern down without throwing in all the extra stuff. I started out doing the most. Thanks to a uncle who didn't mind taking his shoe off during practice and aiming it at your face, to keep you in the pocket. I'm older now. Try me now unk!!
