    When I'm not writing I work as a General Contractor with over twenty-plus years of experience. With that said, I can sum up Bosch tools in a simple phrase, "Festool quality, Makita price." I have at least ten grand invested in my Bosch 18v line (all stored in L-Boxxes too, I might add). The only thing that greatly disappoints me is the lack of nailers and an 18v palm router... at least here in the states.

    Good presentation, informative without being overly positive regarding Bosch's shown product line.
    Presenters are either hired professional, or do a dammed good job for their employer...

    I’m still using non pro 1.3 and 1.5 Ah batteries from 12 years ago. I also have a new 2.5 Ah battery. The old ones are almost impossible to remove from the tools (drill, hedge trimmer, strimmer), and I’m not exaggerating. The new one is better.

    Why is the warranty on batteries 6 years in Australia and 3 years in UK

      Once you cross the equator, all warranties are doubled.

    I saw a video yesterday from a popular American tool TH-camr, he is a contractor, saying that pouch lithium technology is way the way to go and anybody still using cylindrical cells now and years to come, are basically falling behind, that cylindrical technology is old technology. Yet, they highly rate Festool whom use cylindrical cells in the batteries to power their tools. Disingenuous to say the least. So what do you have to say to those whom think like him saying more Watts output is better than more Amp Hours, that us Bosch fans & you Bosch experts are using old technology? I am happy & comfortable with my Bosch Tools & Battery Technology as a user of over 20 years.

    How long till I can use my blue 18V BOSCH battery on my green 18V BOSCH tool?
    Make ADAPTER, please. I have even seen off-brand adapters.

    That’s all good but it’s old news, more volts is better than more amps. Stack lithium is the new technology.

      Currently (pun intended), we've found no need to increase the volts further. Our tools are powerful enough with the PROCore batteries and are unlikely to need anymore power anytime soon!

      Definitely a rarity. Sorry to hear you've been having issues. Glad to hear the warranty is working though.

    Go procore 16 ah please

    • @BoschProfessionalUK
      @BoschProfessionalUK  ปีที่แล้ว

      By that point you've got a huge weight on your tool. We would suggest making use of 2x 8Ah and pairing it with our fast charger. Better yet, 2x 12Ah with the same charger 👍

    Chiar nu știu ce acumulator să cumpăr ??? 4A sau 5,5 ca am inteles ca lumea nu sunt mulțumiți de cei 8A . Sunt și mai scumpi și mai grei și contează la mana .

      Take the 5,5 ah, it will draw out the maximum power of your tool.

    Unlike Makita, Hikoki and Bosch Li-Ion batteries, Milwaukee batteries can be unlocked. The intelligent Milwaukee charger, after checking all Li-Ion cells, reactivates the battery's electronics.
    Yesterday I received 5 pieces of "defective" Milwaukee M18/5Ah batteries for free. After two hours, all batteries work like new without changing cells, BMS and soldering iron!
