Pro tip. I had eczema too. I bought a cream from pharmacy for about $ 1,5. Which did immediatelly, what the steroid cream never. In Europe you can ask the pharmasists for advice. Expensive not allways the best. It is unique what works for the individuals. I found that Lidl foot cream is great handcream when my eczema comes back in winter. Yes, foot cream. Its extremly good in hidrating. Body lotions never worked to me.

So, as someone who gets really bad skin blotches from allergies and break outs, I can explain a bit about this. Not all of the generic brands share the exact same ingredients. But even if they do, the amount of each ingredient really matters. Chemical reactions aren't always replicated the same way when they don't use the exact same amount, or mixed it the same way. I had to realize this the hard way through trial and error. The Neutrogena brand is a big one for the off-brands not reacting the same way. That doesn't always mean the generic is bad though, funny enough it was a Walmart generic acne cream that finally got rid of my awful high school pizza face. I wish they still made it, unfortunately it was discontinued.
Hope this helped clear some stuff up for ya about this topic.

I’ve never had trouble with generic brands, check for same ingredients and you amazingly get the same results at half the price.
I learned from my time as a retail employee, it’s usually the same company selling you the generic product. It’s mostly leftovers from the name brand batches they give you.
Also if the brand is so important to you, buy it with your own money.
Strict parents aren’t as bad as your showing them, they’re just miserly about how much of their hard earned money is being spent and now they’re spending it on double the object.

I have eczema my issues is finding sensitive or eczema products cause they mash it all in the same spot as regular so it takes me 10 mins to find one. Its annoying and I wish they just put all those products together making it easier to see imo kinda like the baby section is just for babies.

I really don’t know why she is trying to put the mum in a bad light all the time. If this (and all her other videos) is based on real experiences then the daughter needs to understand the mum more. The mum might not be able to afford the branded version so looks for a cheaper alternative. She is still willing to buy something for her though. And maybe the daughter should have said something before they are on the aisle.I think when the girl becomes a mum she will maybe become to understand her mum abit and how most of what her mum has done was protecting her.

That’s literally not true. Diet can make it worse but it isn’t the underlying cause. It can be flared by reactions to things on the skins and most of us were literally born with it

I have eczema and when I lived with my grandmother, she got all the cheap crap for my skin. Well; it got to be so bad that I have to get a cream prescribed by a doctor. Also when we found out my dandruff was as bad as my eczema, my doctor told me: “No Walmart dandruff shampoo brands”. And he prescribed me something else for my head. Well; my grandmother used ALL OF IT IN ONE SHOWER, and then made me use the Equate dandruff shampoo which made my dandruff x100 worse, and really destroyed my hair.
