Here in Chile it was about 50% cheaper for like 2 days though, bought the US$100 (the most expensive one that appears on steam) for around US$48 for myself, and also bought the US$30 for around US$15 for a friend. Now they "fixed" it back to the intended price. Lucky early bird deal I guess lol. Pretty much a dick move to remove the regional pricing.

The regional pricing made the 30$ pack be 15$, so I bought the 100$ pack for 45$ out of respect because it is SO good to have a company care for our regional economy.
I checked my total spend manually (looking up the prices of old packs on the wiki) and i was at ~$400, so close lol. don't really mind though, 100% happy to give GGG more money with how insanely hyped I am for the game!!

steam uses regional pricing , so its basically the same thing as the 30 dollar one from the website just on steam , when you buy a pack it marks your account as one with access so you can buy the cheaper one and have access
I stopped playing POE1 at the start of Settlers league since my 6-year-old laptop stopped working but I finally managed to scrap up some cash to build a new PC. I was really hoping to play this, but money is tight right now and when I checked again, they removed the regional pricing and here in my country (PH), the price went up around 90-100%. Well... GGG Confirmed that Couch Co-op can function with 1 account. Each player can play a toon on the same account (I think it's 2 players max but not sure). Might actually be able to get my wife into this game now on my PS5.

As I seem to recall GGG themselves stating they planned to be rolling out a closed internal test with members of the community and content creators prior to any kind of public access. Can't remember exactly when I remember them saying that but I think it was early 2024 or late 2023 when they were doing that really heavy marketing campaign with a new interview, reveal or mechanic discussion going on seemingly every other day.
I have spent way more than the amount needed to qualify, so I am just waiting for my key, the stream was just the other day, there are Thousands of people who play this game, They need time to send out keys, people need to have patience, just because you haven't received your key is no reason to be upset or contact support, and slow them down, Have patience, if it's like Dec 3rd and you spent the required amount, you don't have a key yet THEN you can panic and contact support and rage all you want lmao LEARN PATIENCE! About the Standard League @6:45. So you play in a stand alone league called "early access league" and as soon the game launches and in case some of your friends join in, they will start with standard league (or a season 1). As a result you can´t play with new players after the game comes out of EA as they will only have options for standard league / season 1? If find this odd to be fair, as EA might be a quite long time and after that your characters are pretty much useless.
Well, that's how most people play PoE anyways. They simply play when there is a new league aka new season every 3/4 months. So you can start a new character in the launch league with your friends to play the new content in a fresh economy.
I think the Early Access goes on for like, 6 months after its released on December 6th, so I guess in that time frame you could probably rack up 30 dollars to get the basic one. If you can't either way, I think the game fully released sometime next year in May. Maybe
I hope they add a MTX volume slider, the Gobling Trope MTX causes me anxiety and it break the immersion, if GGG doesn't do something I will have to play SSF to able to enjoy the campaign.
There is one question I have that I can't find any answer online. Will Family Steam Share work for PoE2? I won't be able to buy myself PoE2 for quite some time but my friend will have it, will it be possible to share or will it work like with Last Epoch (no steam share)
Access is given to the specific person and from what I know account sharing is against TOS So you better not do it because your friend may lose his account

I got the max supporter pack on Xbox and did not get a key. I guess they will give it to me in upcoming weeks, but it is super weird and does not look cool.
I would contact support about that, since it should arrive when you bought the pack. However maybe there is a waiting period for some people, good luck.
The EA packs will be around for the duration of Early Access, they're classified as PoE 2 Early Access packs under one of the menus in account details.

I have a friend that bought the 100$ pack through steam, and the game got added to his library automatically. I have 9 480$ packs, dozens of point purchases, and enough normal packs to meet the threshold as well, and I bought the 480$ pack when the stream went live, through steam, and I still don't have it in my library. Their thread is ambiguous on several points, and I emailed support and they said hey just wait till early access starts, and then email us if you don't have access but think you should. They're setting themselves up for disaster honestly, wait until the start of their most highly anticipated launch? When they're going to be inundated with support requests? You're going to potentially piss off a lot of people with that move.
So I'm slightly concerned about one thing with POE2. Ive played poe1 on pc a bit through the years, but I actually just purchased a PS5 Pro and Im excited about cross progression. Only thing is, when I set up my psn account I made a new email, which isnt the same as what I use for POE1. Is this going to make all my mtx not transfer to my psn? I hope there is a work around.
Kinda gutted, I've spent $450 on my PC account and quite a bit on my PS4 account, not only does my PS4 stuff not crossover, but also doesn't count towards the $480 for a free key.
Kinda bummed about blight, that was always my early league grind. Ultimatum, sanctum, ritual are some of my least favorite and all of those are like main stays lol. Breach is also quite uninteresting.
Blight will come back no doubt, even though the oils have already been absorbed by delirium. They said this is not all of end game so blight can still come back for launch
I can see letting creators and others like that in a day early. So you can give your first impressions before the release or on release day. So if people haven't preordered it yet can get an idea. But also I would have it under NDA I guess so you couldn't stream it. Because of spoilers. Now I game like this you can't complete in a day I get that. Like I said first thoughts.
I think the only difference would be that if you buy on steam, steam will get some of the money you spent, and if you buy it directly from PoE store they will get the full ammount. Otherwise the contents from the packs are exactly the same, that would be my guess.
The first key you get is automatically applied to your account. You should see a message on the key page that says "your account is valid for early access" or something like that. The Steam and Epic keys are just for people who play through those platforms to add the game to their library.
i have it and i have not spent near $480. my account however is from 2011 according to the website and i have played since poe 1 beta and was one of the first invited in the poe 1 beta waves off the website way back in the day. maybe i got in just for being such an old legend. i don't have near the same stash tabs as most, only 1 to sell stuff etc etc . i have not gotten a key but on the website it says i have poe 2 early access... where do i find a key???
You can do all content solo or in coop of 6 ppl , there is no content like in mmo that require ppl to do. Coop will be better too in Poe2 skills interact with each other like they showed in the gameplay trailer so if a player puts down a flame wall you can interact with that shoot lightning through it and it will buff your skill , a lot of interactions like that
It's possible they'll do it during a twitch stream at launch, but it's incredibly unlikely it will be a significant number where you could reliably count on having more than a 0.01% chance to get it with the number of people that will likely be competing.

I bought the EA via Steam and in a couple of hours (not fast), I got the key to reflect on my PoE account and it specifically said that it's not intended for sharing. For reference, I bought the $30 access only (with 300 coins) key on Steam (with regional pricing apllied).

Simply put, I felt like GGG deserved the $30 for a whole new game.
You may still get an additional key so make sure you check. I believe you can give one to a friend

I totally agree with you about the "early access bad", there's nothing worse in Diablo 4 than having TOP builds before season starts XD

They’ve said the release will be no sooner than 6 months and no later than a year. So could be anytime in the 2nd Half of the year

I hope they add a MTX volume slider, the Gobling Trope MTX causes me anxiety and it break the immersion, if GGG doesn't do something I will have to play SSF to able to enjoy the campaign.

There is one question I have that I can't find any answer online. Will Family Steam Share work for PoE2? I won't be able to buy myself PoE2 for quite some time but my friend will have it, will it be possible to share or will it work like with Last Epoch (no steam share)

I got the max supporter pack on Xbox and did not get a key. I guess they will give it to me in upcoming weeks, but it is super weird and does not look cool.
I would contact support about that, since it should arrive when you bought the pack. However maybe there is a waiting period for some people, good luck.

Well, if EA packs are for the entire duration of EA, then well... You can buy them for the entire duration of EA, simple.
The EA packs will be around for the duration of Early Access, they're classified as PoE 2 Early Access packs under one of the menus in account details.

I have a friend that bought the 100$ pack through steam, and the game got added to his library automatically. I have 9 480$ packs, dozens of point purchases, and enough normal packs to meet the threshold as well, and I bought the 480$ pack when the stream went live, through steam, and I still don't have it in my library. Their thread is ambiguous on several points, and I emailed support and they said hey just wait till early access starts, and then email us if you don't have access but think you should. They're setting themselves up for disaster honestly, wait until the start of their most highly anticipated launch? When they're going to be inundated with support requests? You're going to potentially piss off a lot of people with that move.

So I'm slightly concerned about one thing with POE2. Ive played poe1 on pc a bit through the years, but I actually just purchased a PS5 Pro and Im excited about cross progression. Only thing is, when I set up my psn account I made a new email, which isnt the same as what I use for POE1. Is this going to make all my mtx not transfer to my psn? I hope there is a work around.
Kinda gutted, I've spent $450 on my PC account and quite a bit on my PS4 account, not only does my PS4 stuff not crossover, but also doesn't count towards the $480 for a free key.

Kinda bummed about blight, that was always my early league grind. Ultimatum, sanctum, ritual are some of my least favorite and all of those are like main stays lol. Breach is also quite uninteresting.
Blight will come back no doubt, even though the oils have already been absorbed by delirium. They said this is not all of end game so blight can still come back for launch

Kripp is the one responsible for the league idea aka new content on regular intervals, so I'm sure Kripp will always be a step higher for them.
I can see letting creators and others like that in a day early. So you can give your first impressions before the release or on release day. So if people haven't preordered it yet can get an idea. But also I would have it under NDA I guess so you couldn't stream it. Because of spoilers. Now I game like this you can't complete in a day I get that. Like I said first thoughts.

I think the only difference would be that if you buy on steam, steam will get some of the money you spent, and if you buy it directly from PoE store they will get the full ammount. Otherwise the contents from the packs are exactly the same, that would be my guess.

The first key you get is automatically applied to your account. You should see a message on the key page that says "your account is valid for early access" or something like that. The Steam and Epic keys are just for people who play through those platforms to add the game to their library.
I only use Macs and the PS5. I will play on PS5 but I really want to use my Mac Studio.

i have it and i have not spent near $480. my account however is from 2011 according to the website and i have played since poe 1 beta and was one of the first invited in the poe 1 beta waves off the website way back in the day. maybe i got in just for being such an old legend. i don't have near the same stash tabs as most, only 1 to sell stuff etc etc . i have not gotten a key but on the website it says i have poe 2 early access... where do i find a key???

You can do all content solo or in coop of 6 ppl , there is no content like in mmo that require ppl to do.
Coop will be better too in Poe2 skills interact with each other like they showed in the gameplay trailer so if a player puts down a flame wall you can interact with that shoot lightning through it and it will buff your skill , a lot of interactions like that
do we know if they gonna give free invites/keys for ppl who did not buy/have a key? dunno if they did that for the fall of oriath CB or not

It's possible they'll do it during a twitch stream at launch, but it's incredibly unlikely it will be a significant number where you could reliably count on having more than a 0.01% chance to get it with the number of people that will likely be competing.

I bought the EA via Steam and in a couple of hours (not fast), I got the key to reflect on my PoE account and it specifically said that it's not intended for sharing.
For reference, I bought the $30 access only (with 300 coins) key on Steam (with regional pricing apllied).
