    Thanks so much for these helpful webinars! 🙂 You've mentioned that the photographer can assign multiple galleries to one client. Is that automatically done by assigning them main client to the respective gallery? They will be able to see all of them in their account but am not able to see my clients' profiles, right? Appreciate your help!

      @@empoweringher79 Unfortunately, Pic-Time does not offer phone support at this time. We offer live chat support via the Pic-Time website by selecting the chat icon in the lower right corner of the screen.
      You could also look into scheduling complimentary group meet with a member of Pic-Time's support team and other photographer's who have also signed up for the meeting. If you want to use this route, please use the support@pic-time.com email address and request the link to sign up for the Guided Group Meetings

    Could someone please explain how to set up paid digital downloads in the situation where guests cannot download for free? and how to enable this in a price list?

    How can I upload photos in my Gallery when it shows a flashing red circle? My PicTime Uploader App is not opening..

    Still struggling to upload from LR to PicTime. Its really NOT as intuitive as is suggested, and the tutorial video is outdated, so there is no current video guide to explain how to use the plugin properly. Hence, I'm all over google and TH-cam trying to figure it out

    Hi! I am very interested in Pic time but this comment on another review of pic time really worried me....can you please clarify if photos are permanently deleted or just temporarily disabled if credit card for some reason is expired? Thank you!!
    Warning: I used PicTime for about 2 years. Had about a dozen galleries. My credit card on file lapped sending me back to the "free" version. My galleries exceeded the space limit for the free version so they deleted all my images. Yes, all of them... not just enough to drop my data back to the amount allowed in the free version. Yes, permanently. Not just rendered in accessible until I got a new credit card on file... just gone. Easily a hounded hours of work populating the galleries, maintaining them as well as the shop... gone. This to me is a deal breaker. I will never use or recommend PicTime again.

      Hi! If your account is reverted back to a free plan, after a few months any older projects would be removed to get you back to the 20gb storage limit. If your credit card on file doesn't work anymore you'll be emailed about it, and before/after your account is reverted back to a free plan you're emailed as well if any projects are going to be removed. And in general we keep projects on the servers three months after they are deleted so that if you accidentally delete a project we can usually recover it for you.

      Hi! We generally suggest uploading original/high resolution images so your store orders will have the highest quality. You can control how big the downloaded file is for the client. Feel free to reach out to our livechat as well if you have any questions!

      Hello! You can upload edited spreads with the same filename and the client will be able to see both versions of the spread.

      Hi! You can go to the Share tab in the project and click the Send to Client button to see the email! If you'd like to customize your emails, you can go to your Settings > Email Packages. If you reach out to the chat they can point you to some help articles to get it all set up!
