Only someone who’s gone through a similar situation will understand this conversation. Of course it will rub people the wrong way but then there are those of us who understand exactly what to learn from it. Bottom line is as adults, once we have kids we take care of them, raise good human beings and seek healing where necessary.

4. Messes with women then says that should something happen "you look like you could make a great single mom" "sounds like a you problem" . Refer to point no.1 and 5.
5. Claims to have identity issues due to lack of a father figure. Refer to point 4.
This is an unfortunate grouping of people congregated to discuss a very serious issue affecting so many CHILDREN in Kenya.
Serious introspection is due for every single one of you! And all of us really.
The guy is so messed up he has nothing to offer to the show. I could sit and listen to Ramzy but not that Chim guy.

Rama may still be hurt but try practice restraint. The shade throwing, totally not worth it... sometimes, silence is golden and if you need to talk, do so while looking at the bigger picture which is your kids wellbeing today and in the future. I mean, your step-daughter can access this video, how would she interpret some things you've said?
As for the guy in ripped jeans, just mature up, and violence is never the answer. Do it only if you are ready to do the time arising out of the possible criminal consequences that may arise from it.
Lastly, embrace therapy, coz you need it.

Your comment is a prime example of why men don't talk about their marital problems.
Rama started talking about his separation and co-parenting experience then it suddenly became about "restraint" "silence is golden" and "looking at the bigger picture." You even went ahead and intentionally mentioned that her step-daughter will watch this interview and interpret it a certain way. Are you a fortune teller? Why are you (a woman) acting as a gatekeeper of what a man who's not your ex can say?
I think Rama understands that freedom of expression comes with the consequence of misinterpretation. His comment under this video was proof of that.
Compared to how Chim was reckless with his words, Rama did waaaay better to express himself and put his points across. He's perceptive enough to navigate around his narrative and still acknowledge that he's growing into his frame. As he said "We are not our fathers?" so it's best you get comfortable with men expressing themselves.
Lastly, if it comes to the repercussions of how his children will interpret this interview, that's his business. He's better suited to deal with it than we are.

I am honestly awake of the patterns we as human beings project in our relationships. As a single mom, I got into a relationship with someone who I thought fully understood my situation and would assist me in parenthood. I am now walking out of a relationship that has not served me and has caused me and my children so much trauma. It’s so great to have a platform where these conversations can be spoken with no ill intention but to educate and find compassion in love and loss. I sympathize with anyone who has tried out love and family and ended up walking out because of one reason or another. Thank you guys. Rama…take heart. All will be well. Praying for your family to overcome and continue in a loving way to raise the children.

Chim is control freak,he wants to control the sexuality of his ex in the pretext of looking out for his kids, he also comes out as violent. He doesn't trust the mother of his kids would also want to protect them. They also seem attached to each other.
When he was talking about not letting anyone who he doesn't like near his kids,it's like she enjoys that attention, or maybe she is good at masking her reactions
